“This is the best UPS store in the area. They’re very helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate when it comes to understanding Shipping and individuals needs involving critical timing of sending and receiving packages. They explain how much insurance comes with each package and they offer for you. The cheapest option first they’re never going to make you pay for something you don’t need. I absolutely enjoyed dealing with Jacob and Jon. They are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to if you need to ship packages I highly recommend you come to the store in Boca the UPS store.”

“I love this place!! We have our box there and everyone is so friendly and so kind and so helpful. Except for that troublemaker Hal. I’m just kidding - we love you. It’s such a good postal center that I stopped to write a five star review. For a postal center. By the way, we’re going to the post office now we’ll see you at 4:59 -a minute before closing 😂 but truly these guys do a great job and they care about you. I’m really happy we ended up over there.”

“Come prepared and it’s a breeze. Come unprepared and you’ll be labeled instead of the package. Bring identification because they will probably ask unless the shipment is prepared in advance with a shipping label and you are just dropping it off. They have a scanner just for you if the package is pre-labeled. If you don’t have a label, they will provide one, but that’s where you need to have all the information they need (name, address, phone number). They’ll get it done.”

“Trying to find an alternative to the post office in Florida is very difficult, what company can you trust. For me I got an introduction to Ant Logistics through a friend over 5 years ago. They offer the very best in Postal Services and they treat me like I am family. They are reliable. In today’s world it is nice to find a company that appreciates your business and has that old-school mentality. Customer service and satisfaction is more important to Ant Logistics than money with no ego. I highly recommend this company.”

“Easy drop-off, but it's completely automated. Quick and convenient location inside Whole Foods. Just a heads-up: for Amazon returns, there are only two automated kiosks/machines here, no staff at a counter. It works smoothly, but keep that in mind if you prefer dealing with a person.”

“My partner and I came into FedEx this afternoon to print and make copies of some very important documents. Since this isn’t something we do often, we needed quite a bit of assistance navigating the process. Raul was absolutely exceptional. He was attentive, patient, kind, and incredibly professional from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step, answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. It’s becoming increasingly rare to come across people who are genuinely helpful, compassionate, and patient, especially in busy customer service settings. Raul embodies what outstanding customer service should look like. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for his help. Thank you, Raul, for making such an important task so much less stressful. FedEx is fortunate to have an employee like you, and we sincerely hope your hard work and dedication are recognized.”
