“My recent three experiences at this location (102 NE 2nd Street, Boca Raton) were excellent. This team does a terrific job of navigating multiple customers, making us feel welcome, and supporting us with all their various services - and beyond all this, they’re personable and extra helpful. There was always a smile, some humor, and a “no problem”. The associate wasn’t bothered when my service was small - my visits ranged from $45 to $2 and the sales team was just as nice to me on all occasions. This particular location is the best UPS location I’ve ever visited, and it’s made me rethink how much I will rely on UPS. It’s also geographically the most strategic location with easy access and in the middle or so much. From now on, I will shop in Mizner Park and ship from this UPS”

If you stop someone from doing some thing and ask a question, don't go the extra mile to help you. There's always people at the register. Waiting to help you. Self check out is very easy they're always cleaning and stacking. There's always great food here. If you want to eat healthy and delicious, Whole Foods is the perfect place to come to especially the one in West Boca. it is right by 95 so whether you're coming or going you're not stuck in traffic on Glades Road. “Every time you come here, the line is out the door. And it's not a quick moving line either. If you're coming here in a rush, you might as well leave. The employees are very educated on their job, and they are very helpful in getting your problems solved and quickly. I would say that this place could definitely benefit from more staff, but it is very well organized. It can be overwhelming for people like me who don't visit very often though. So many things to fill out and getting up to the front you feel very unprepared if you don't know what you need or what needed to be filled out before you got there. Either way, the staff is basically what made my trip. The gentleman that was working there yesterday was efficient, knowledgeable, and best of all he was very kind. I wish I could remember his name and when I do I will update this post to give him the recognition that he deserves.
To all the customers that wait in line, once you get up there you don't have to be a jerk. And you don't have to stand behind the person in front of you on top of them either. But this is typical Boca Raton residents. Remember you're not important, you are just another place in a line. And when you go up there and disrespect the employees, you only look like the jerk you are. I appreciate the staff and they're complete kindness and patience for dealing with these people that they have to deal with.”
