Boulevard Motel is a cheap, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The new owners have made a vast improvement, rehabilitating and remodeling the motel, which is now safe, dependable, and presentable. The owner and property manager are amazing, super nice, professional, and caring, ensuring any minor problems are quickly fixed. Rooms are clean with great, cold a/c, and some have a kitchen. The water is clean with no pests or mold. It is a pleasant and comfortable stay for the price, highly recommended for families and those looking for one of the best hotel experiences.
Jodi is an amazing manager! She's always there when you need something. Bill the owner is always willing to make sure your stay is great. I would give this motel 10 stars if I was able to. Very satisfied!

A older motel, just renovated and redone. Looked to be more of a weekly rental motel for locals. Service was good when needed. The new management was helpful and took concerns in a timely manner. Vast improvement since purchased and remodeled. Congrats for cleaning up the area and rehabilitating a once unsafe nasty motel.
