Very disappointed with their warranty department. After providing all the documentations and photos they requested almost two months ago, they basically gave the run around and kept delaying in responding to honor the warranty. Very unprofessional customer service. No one answers their phones either.

Excellent Battery for my motorcycle. I have had it for 3 years now and I never have to worry about it starting my BMW touring bike. I use extra lights and heated gear and never had a problem with capacity. Great product.

I misplaced my AC power cord to my Battery Tender so I went on their website to purchase a new one. After searching and not finding one to purchase, I contacted them and they sent me a new cord for free and with no shipping charges. You don't find many companies like this anymore.
