The Fountains were top notch! Walking into the office was welcoming and the staff made me feel at home. Susan & Emily were very helpful and attentive. I would recommend the community for the office staff alone, but it was a very pretty community too.

Susan helped me with leasing an apartment. She was helpful and kind the entire time. She had answers for every question and even stayed late to help me.
The Fountains at Delray Beach offers 2 and 3-bedroom spacious apartment homes. This community, just north of Boca Raton, Florida, surrounds a sparkling lake.
