The location is perfect, unbeatable, and convenient, close to downtown Delray, I-95, the beach, restaurants, and stores. The community is welcoming with many social events and a wide range of spaces for gathering. These include resident green spaces, pocket parks, grilling stations, a leash-free pet park, a hammock garden, and a pristine swimming pool. The office staff is amazing, extremely helpful, professional, kind, and eager to help. Staff members are consistently praised for being exceptional, going above and beyond, attentive, personable, accommodating, and for providing the best service. Management is also understanding. The maintenance team is very reliable and efficient with fast response times. Residents highly recommend Congress Grove, describing their experience as seamless, pleasant, and amazing.

Sky, Serene, Brooks, and the rest of the staff has been extremely patient and helpful during the move-in process. Relocating across the country is a stressful ordeal, but they have been with me every step of the way!

Awesome team, very professional!!! Had the opportunity to speak with Serena and was very pleased with her uplifting personality and her knowledge of the building as well as the surrounding area. Great building with fabulous amenities are a plus!!!
