As a woman it's common to get taken advantage of in places like this but JR from the jump was so kind and respectful, he explained what needed to happen and wrote me a quote right on the spot, which was already phenomenal.
When I called to ask for some clarity he explained everything to me so well and was so kind and professional.
It took less than a week for him to order the part, receive the part and take my car in to get the mirror replaced. They finished the job same day AND detailed my entire car (it was filthy)!!

“On my SUV, there are small openings that spray washer fluid on the headlights. Someone stole the driver's side cover. After days of finding the right part number from the manufacturer, I ordered the piece, but it doesn't come painted. I gave it to the woman running the office, asking if they could paint it for me, providing the VIN number from the vehicle. Two days later, she called to pick it up, and barely charged me a few $ for it. With all the trouble I went through with this simple thievery, it was so refreshing not to be taken advantage of, and actually given a really good break.”

“The staff at Auto Palace are phenomenal. I took my car in there because I needed some paint touched up on a rear door and they were recommended by a neighbor. My 2017 Camry is a beautiful blue, but parts of that blue paint had chipped off at the top of the one door due to shoddy workmanship 5 years ago at an auto-body shop up in VA. The guys at Auto Palace quoted me two estimates to fix it all up — one that would repaint the whole door, and one that would paint that entire side. Unfortunately I couldn't afford either of those estimates because of other expensives I've had lately (like a dog undergoing chemo). So I asked if they could just repair and paint the top part of the one door, where the paint had started coming off, in addition to repairing some paint chipping on the rear bumper.
In just one full day at the shop, my Camry was like new again, and for a lower pricetag. They matched the blue paint perfectly, repaired everything in the problem areas, and washed the car. It is a shining beautiful blue again! Roy Jr. and his staff were all very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and really good guys. I highly recommend their body shop! And it's a nice family business. Thanks so much to Auto Palace for transforming my car at a price I could afford.”
