Jose is the best part of cortland. He fixes maintenance issues in the same days and does follow up calls to ensure everything is good. Great place to live and great events and activities along with food trucks.

José is the best!!! I had an issue with FedEx delivering my packages and it was missing until I was told it was in a locker. I spoke to Jose and he immediately found my packages and resolved the issue.
