After completing her work with the previous customer, she walked with me and quickly scanned all the necessary items, even though they were in different aisles. She was so polite and respectful that I had never met a similar attitude at other stores like Walgreens or the Publix pharmacy, where I had picked up the orders for the DoorDash customers for more than two years. I have asked for her name. She said Masha! I really appreciate her for her help and great attitude. Thank you very, very much!”

“I bought a new mattress online to fit a used loft bed I bought for my daughter. When the confirmation didn’t come through, I ordered it again. Then I found both confirmations in my spam folder. I tried to call the corporate number and was redirected to this store. While I was unable to prevent the second mattress from being shipped, Toni did everything she could to help me and made me realize next time I need a mattress I’m going to shop in store and get it from her. Online uses a completely different system and it’s not easy to fix an honest mistake. Toni provided great customer service and I look forward to buying my next mattress from her directly.”
