He looked up my account via my phone number, changed my address on file and ordered the same unit which should arrive this week via free shipping. Excellent customer service Daniel!!!”
“I was referred to Wildes Patio by a friend who previously purchased furniture from them. My designer made contact with the owner Pam and then went in for an appointment. My designer was so impressed with the selections and quality of the furniture that she informed me that I had to go into the store and see for myself.
Pam had a new line coming, which we waited for, and it was well worth the wait.
My designer and I were able to customize the colors and fabrics to make my patio a resort style patio, we were also able to get the chaise lounge chairs a little taller than standard height which you don’t see in the average stores.
The furniture arrived at a later date than expected but when we contacted Pam she happily gave us the updated date.
The delivery process was smooth, there were some dining chairs that were sitting uneven but after notifying Pam she had them picked up and straightened out immediately. Working with Pam and her crew was a pleasure and I would highly recommend Wildes Patio. We will not go anywhere else for our future patio furniture needs, which will be a long time away because the quality of this furniture is top notch.”

“Well, our experience with TV Lift Cabinet was exceptional and they went above and beyond when we purchased our cabinet 7 years ago and again (now) when we needed a replacement control box. Both times I made mistakes and needed help, which was given to me without any issues.
Like DN below, I ordered a cabinet that was too large for the area and had to return it. TV Lift made the process simple...I just needed to get the wrong unit back to them undamaged. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap, as these are large cabinets......and $1200-1500 was a lot cheaper than not being able to use a $4500 purchase......and it was my fault.
We lived in the KCMO area at the time and there were numerous companies who could crate and ship and I chose one. You can't expect a company in Boca Raton to know all the craters and shippers around the country. Anyway, the company picked up the unpacked unit, crated it and had it shipped to TV-Lift and the exchange went very smoothly....and I learned a lesson.
Fast forward 7 years and the control box failed. I called and spoke with Emma and she knew what she was talking about. She sent me a pdf on how to test whether it was the control box or the lift motor that failed and fortunately it was the box (much cheaper).
Emma was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process.......and was possibly the best customer service representative I've dealt with in many decades.
Anyway, I didn't pay attention to the shipping address on invoice Emma emailed to me or I would have seen it was being shipped to our old address where the cabinet was delivered 7 years prior.
I did notice my error when Fed-X emailed me letting me know they had the package. Emma tried to reroute the shipment to our new address and I was holding my breath, but the next day, Emma emailed me to let me know TV Lift decided it would be easier/faster to recall the 1st shipment and send a 2nd shipment ......which they did.
We got it yesterday, installed it this morning and it works like new. What a pleasant experience for what could have been a PITA situation. Thank You Emma, your help is appreciated.”
