“My first comment goes towards customer service. That I give a 5. Pamela and her son were a pleasure to work with and they made the shopping experience very lovely. They were patient with my 91 yr old mother, understood what was most important to her and guided us appropriately. They did not try to upsell other items and worked with me on the details I needed help with. The only reason I did not give a perfect 5 start review is the turnaround time did take quite a long time, granted my choices of fabric were custom but manufacturing time was quite long and I am still waiting on 1 piece for the couch to be complete. But otherwise, delivery and communications were quick whenever I had a question, the variety in their store is truly admirable, and SUPER nice people. To me, these 3 details are rare in the consumer shopping world and I was so happy to have found them. Thanks Pamela!!”

“Absolute one of the best customer care firms I have ever dealt with. My original purchase and installation went seamless but 5 years later the TV would not lift. My first phone call for help was answered by a person and the problem was diagnosed. I purchased a replacement control kit for under $200 and with instructions they sent the installation was seamless and everything works great again.”
