“Had a wonderful experience at this store. The manager here hamza was very helpful. I got a phone but didn't liked so went back and got exchanged without any additional charges and then they setup the phone and even helped with small details like my old wallpaper, ringtone and car Bluetooth. “I’ve been to Verizon stores all up and down the eastern seaboard ( I travel a lot for work) I usually had a good experience. I know live in Delray Beach Florida where I went to the Verizon store in Delray Beach on Jog road. Pablo assisted me with several things, he recommended a few upgrades with adding a second business line to my phone. The changes he suggested have been extremely beneficial for me and my business. He’s extremely knowledgeable of all the Verizon plans and products. Thank you to whoever hired and trained Pablo. Bravo, great job. 3 words to sum up Pablo: Patience Patience and Patience. Thank you, Scott Hersh”

“I Purchased a phone and watch another nearby AT&T store and they were unable to help me get my watch activated (just up the street on federal highway). Carlos made one phone call from my cell phone and though some trial and error was able to get me connected to the right people at AT&T technical support and get my watch activated. I really wish he could've got the commission for my phone as he is a phenomenal technician and salesman. Please give him whatever he asks for because he is so worth keeping around.”

“I visited the Atlantic Ave. AT&T facility and was greeted & helped in a personable way. As someone who bought a new phone & was afraid to do the switch, Jessica took the patience & knowledge to assure me that I would not loose any important info. She & the other gentlemen took time to explain things. Thank you also AT&T. I have been a customer for many, many years & never had any other cell service!”

“This target is good and the employees are nice. I can find what I need easily and check out in a timely manner most of the time. It's not as big of a target compared to the Target on Hillsboro and Powerline but it is a good target for sure. The selection is good too.”

“We had the pleasure of working with Jennefer and Liyah at the T Mobile store in DelRay Beach on Military about two blocks from Atlantic. It was Christmas Eve and unfortunately for the employees, customers were coming in the late afternoon even though they were closing at 5:00 (or were supposed to). Anyway, my husband and I brought in our brand new 17 pro Max iPhones and needed to have everything transferred from our old iPhones. My husband's phone went pretty smoothly, however, they did a few things with mine, and one thing after another wasn't going right. By now it was probably about 4:30-4:45 and there were still a few customers in the store. They had told me to go ahead and leave and just keep my phones together so they would sync. We sat there for a bit and I realized that nothing was downloading. By this time it was around 5:30-5:45 ON CHRISTMAS EVE and I know they both had plans. Guess what! They were so patient and professional and wanted to make sure that all the customers were taken care of - not worrying about their own special occasion! I could never have been so patient. I don't think they were able to leave until 6:30! So kind and caring. We have met very few caring, professional people in Florida, but these two employees are just exceptional! Please go see them if you need anything from TMobile. You will not be disappointed! I hope T Mobile knows how amazing they are and I hope they take care of them! Happy New Year to you both! Laurie & Stu (the entertainers)?”
