Unfortunately, they were not able to help me as they did not have the correct Honda software, but they were kind enough to not only zero out my bill but also to point me in the direction of another automotive center that could assist me. Jason, the customer service representative, was incredibly helpful to me on the phone and in person. I told him that I had selected Eric’s Wrench because of all of the 5 Star online reviews.
