“Very I brought my BMW530 Hybrid there due to the Emissions control warning. Matt called me soon, and told that this problem was still covered under warranty! I hadn't not even thought about it! He also advised how to open the charger flap that was stuck. When I asked about the fee, he said that he will not charge anything since he did not repair the issue. I will definitely bring the car there for oil changes and after I've been to the dealership for the warranty repair and gotten their long repair list. Honest and friendly service!”

“Our car broke down (lots of smoke from engine) on I 95 during rush hour one Monday afternoon, near to Delray Beach. We were headed for the Miami Airport. We live in Canada. We called AAA to be told they could come in 2 1/2 hrs and there we were on the shoulder of I 95, terrified. I called Jiffy Lube on Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach. The technician, Yogee, said they could not tow us but he would come and bring coolant. 20 mins later, there he was, in his personal car, with a big jug of coolant. He said it looked as though there was a leak in the radiator but at least now I could drive it to Jiffy Lube, where before, I could not move the car. The mechanic at Jiffy Lube looked at the car and decided we needed a new radiator. The staff at Jiffy Lube were fantastic and said they would look after our car and all its contents for the 12 days that we were to be in Barbados. We re-packed our bags for our trip in the parking lot of Jiffy Lube. Yogee then got Adriel (another technician) to drive us to the hotel near Miami airport. Adriel is also amazing and was a delightful man. He even picked us up on our return and drove us back to Jiffy Lube to pick up our car 12 days later. Yogee is so special and emailed me throughout the trip to reassure me that our baby was fine! Buck, the manager was also a delight. This is a great store and I cannot say enough good thigs about the service, the manner and how safe we both felt leaving our car in their hands. If you live near to this Jiffy Lube, use them for anything and everything. They know what they are doing and go the extra mile for you. Thank you to Adriel, Yogee and Buck”
