“I struck gold in Boca. Googled auto repair for my custom Mustang GT. Intermittent engine light. Tried 3 other ‘highly rated’ local shops (from friend referrals), and all failed dismally at finding the cause. So I walk in to Mazel and explain my problem. Before I even handed them my keys, Alan & Alex knew exactly what it could be. Nailed it. Had a leak in the after market air intake system. Fixed in a flash. Also had an A/C problem. I thought it was a bad actuator, but ended up simply needing freon. Didn’t try to sell me parts or work I didn’t need. 5 stars. Incredibly knowledgeable. Honest and fair. What a relief.”

“I had my timing belt and thermostat replaced on my 2017 Honda Accord, and I had a great experience. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. They weren’t the cheapest shop I called, but they got my car finished quickly, the work was done when they said it would be, and I felt like I could trust them. They also returned all of my old parts without me having to ask and didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for an honest Japanese auto shop that does quality work and communicates well, I’d definitely recommend Japanese Auto Care. I’ll be coming back for future maintenance.”

“I stand by my earlier recommendations! It’s the only auto shop that I actually look forward to having work on my car, rather than dreading the experience. I refer them as much as I can. They are honest and fair. Won’t go anywhere else. 👍🏻”

“I found some specs for some bolts I needed and went ahead and ordered them from HDWERKS, the order was delivered quickly and indeed was the correct bolts I asked for. Problem was however the specs off the web were not correct. I reached out and was replied to very quickly even though it was evening of the 4th of July weekend. I joked it was Ai reply but it was not. Pete the owner had indeed replied. I was going to return the bolts which was no problem, but Pete said it was to much to do over 8 bolts. So he just refunded me and said to keep the bolts. Very awesome man, great initial delivery and followed up with quick and positive customer service. Pics are my original bolt that needed replaced, the titanium gold was what I ordered from web specs for a 1997 Intense M1 bolt for the suspension linkage. Thanks Pete, Tim Cunningham”
