“Love this store. Whenever I’m in the Delray area, I go there. Tootsies has high quality trendy shoes of all kinds and very helpful staff. I recently bought a pair of Andrea Conti sneakers there , and two days later when I was no longer on the east coast, my friend noticed a string hanging from the back that had come out of its place. I sent a picture of it to Tootsies , along with my receipt & a replacement was sent to my home in NY immediately. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. They stand behind their merchandise. I highly recommend this store.”
“I want to give a shout-out to Gary (employee at this store). Went into the store looking for shoes and thankfully Gary was there to help us. I almost purchased a pair of shoes that were two different sizes in the same box. Gary checked the shoes before I bought them and caught this just in Time. He went and checked for the correct shoe and since he couldn’t find it he helped us order them. He made this experience wonderful. I left the store happy with new shoes. “Great store. Got 3 of my sneakers from there and they always give me a discount which is good because my parents weren’t about to spend over $200 for sneakers. They also do lay away which is also good. Their employees are also very nice and understanding. I recommend going here. I might go back for my birthday to get new sneakers ☺️”
“I used to really love shopping at White House black market but perhaps I am a little too old now that I'm in my 60s. They just didn't have anything that appealed to me. The store was very clean and well set up but nobody came to greet me or to see if I needed any assistance.”

“This store has a lot of good things going for it but the best part about this store by far is Mike. The man is a true expert to his craft and was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to helping me find what shoe was for me given my goals and injuries. I was intending just to get my feet scanned but after putting in a pair based on my results and his help, it was a no brainer purchase. Will be back. Thank you again Mike, it was a pleasure”
