“I shopped there twice in two weeks. My first time was not a good experience. I was dressed appropriately, but my much younger friend who came in with me got served but I didn’t. I felt like ageism and when they did bring some dresses my own grandmother would not have worn the suggested pieces
I did go back to give the store another chance and my experience was wonderful. I got the help I needed, presented multiple choices and left with several bags. What was the difference? All I can say was the owner saw me come in and stepped in when her employees were busy. She analyzed my style and size. It was a pleasure to work with her and ultimately she turned me over to some employees. My guess, she approaches everyone who walks into the store and makes sure the shopper has help. Customer service was great the second time around.
Another great service the second time around, when I was in the dressing room she was close enough to assist and also bring other items to me before I had to go looking for help—after I had to redress like the first time
I will return and hopefully the customer service will be like the second time visiting the store”

The other store associate isn’t as helpful in fact, she gets in the way a lot”

“I placed an order online for store pick up and I paid the extra fee to have my item gift wrapped along with a gift card message. I came to pick up my order because I received an email that it was ready and when I went to customer service the items were in a store bag with just tissue paper. When I inquired to the SA and showed her my email receipt, she informed me to just go downstairs to the men’s department and tell them that it needs to be gift wrapped. I went downstairs and spoke with a SA. I cannot recall her name however, she had a nasty attitude and was very sarcastic when I asked about gift wrapping and missing gift message. She left to gift wrap the items then returned after about 8 minutes. The gift wrapping was atrocious and had at least 15 pieces of tape on the paper. I didn’t want to go back-and-forth with her so I said Thank you and I went to the women’s department where I was helped by the Manager in that department, Marisol and a SA Alon. They were beyond kind and helpful. Alon wrapped the items SOOO NICELY and I’m so grateful he was able to help me with no hesitation. This experience hasn’t deterred me from continuing to shop at Saks but it’s good to see that they quickly recognized the issue, apologized and jumped in to rectify it. Thank you so much for your help. ?”
“After revisiting this Bloomingdale's a couple of times since me and my Mother's last visit which was not up to their high standard, it gives me great pleasure to report that Bloomies is back, hence two additional stars! Although we had a subpar experience buying cosmetics about a month ago and almost swore off shopping at Bloomingdale's, we decided to come back here thanks to a good promotion and needless to say, we are glad we did! As always, we find the shopping atmosphere to be luxurious and that there is a wide selection of high quality products. As me and my Mother looked around, she thought about getting some costume jewelry and lo-and-behold, my Mother found a couple of earrings that she really liked! What really set the experience apart was Justin, the associate who helped us as he was fabulous! True to Bloomingdale's standard and possibly exceeding it, he was warm and genuine in personality, was knowledgeable about the products, and very patient. Once he helped my Mother found the earrings she liked and at a great price to boot, he then saw that my Mother had a Bloomingdale's promotional card. Since it was invalid the first day we went due to being for a few days later, Justin offered to store the earrings my Mother liked for a few days so we could get them at the sale price, which was wonderful on his part. A few days later, we returned to Bloomingdale's and since Justin would not be in until later, Mariana assisted us. Like Justin, she proved to do an excellent job thanks to her kindness and excellence at her job, making for a wonderful shopping experience! As for other employees on our two recent visits, they were wonderful as well with shout outs going to Star at the Chanel Counter and Doris in the Men's Department. As far as the problem employees we encountered in my previous ** review, I did not see them, so it is possible they left the company or we just did not see them? Nevertheless, thanks to our much improved shopping experiences with the Bloomingdales at Town Center, we will definitely return!”
“I love the fabrics, fit & feel of Eileen Fisher garments . The Eileen Fisher Factory in Irvington, NY used to open a few times a year for fabulous sales. I am pleased to find an outlet in Florida that did not disappoint. The colors here are spectacular, there was a wide selection and a lot of sales help. The rainbow of beautiful colors is perfect for Florida. I tried on dresses in plum, teal, honeydew, wisteria... they were so lightweight and cool they felt almost like nightgowns. They have extra extra extra small all the way up to 3X large. They were a lot of sweaters and jackets, but the summer lighter fabrics were reduced 30% off the already low sale price. I left with items 80% of the list price.”

“I wear a 10 N. Almost impossible to find shoes, so I went to Marni's. Salesman Justin was very nice and helpful. When I tried shoes on at home, one pair was not comfortable. I exchanged them for another size without a problem. I will be back for summer shoes, especially when they have their sale. Other stores only carry medium widths and I walk out of them. Van Eli has always been a good last for me. Price is about what other stores charge or a little more, but the quality is excellent and I can't find narrow widths anywhere else.***** for some reason I can only post one star, but I give the store a five star review. five stars Five stars”
