Since Covid really don’t go to the bank. Needed something notarized and Jaisser was so helpful guided what was needed I was back in 15 min she helped me to finish the paperwork and got everything done after the second visit . I have been with Suntrust Truist for 25 years thanks for the great customer service

Truist bank change over has been a horror show! They do not deserve your business period. I've been locked out of my account for over a month with no resolution. Who has time to go into the bank and sit for hours and hours every week to resolve a simple problem ? 15 years with Suntrust and never a problem . Bye Bye for... read full comment
