“Huge fan of Nine Line. Stopped in on a road trip from Texas. Reed was working and we got to talking about the shirts I have. They didn’t have the hockey shirt in my size. I said I could order it online when I got back on the road. Reed said he could process the order for me and make it easier. He also called over to the Daytona store to make sure they had my size in the location specific shirt before I drove all the way over there. Great customer service!”

“I haven’t visited THE SHOP in awhile because I didn’t realize that it changed into a Shop just for adults! It no longer has kid/Teen clothes. I am in my mid-20’s and I am back! I found so many new items to add to my wardrobe. The staff suggested a ton of great things to try on that I would never have picked out myself & I liked so many of them. It took away the guessing game of would this fit me or not- which is just the most exhausting part of shopping. Their price points are super reasonable- I am their customer forever!”

“I went last night looking for a comfortable bra for my 91 year-old mother There was a woman working there that barely acknowledged me, and in fact, called another woman to come out from the back when I asked for help. The girl that came out from back was very helpful. She listened to what I was asking for, and she went through the drawers. She made suggestions and didn’t lose her patience. Twice I heard the other woman say please don’t let her mess up my displays. I just fixed them as they were close to closing I suppose. The first time I heard her say that I thought OK I get it but when she said it the second time that pissed me off She doesn’t know how much money I was gonna spend in there. I would’ve spent a lot more if I hadn’t had to listen to her little under Her breath comments. I really wanted to leave, but because Lana was so nice I wanted to buy something. I did let the girl know that was helping me that the other lady has very bad customer service attitude and that she shouldn’t be saying that in front of a customer I wasn’t even messing up her display. That’s the worst part. This is the Delray store. Perhaps you can get better help in other stores.”

“The outlet of my favorite local store! Every time I go, I'm welcomed by the super adorable and helpful Judy and Michele. items are at least ½ off. I got a dress for 85% off! The shop is organized by size, which really helps, but make sure to go when you have time to look, because there is a LOT to see. And don’t miss the back room with home items. Lots of quilts, tablecloths, pillow covers and kids clothes. I always find something amazing there. If you hang out long enough, you’ll see a stream of regulars come in and update judy on all their gossip…hilarious! it’s like the chitchat at the local hair salon. Whenever i wear something from snappy turtle, i always get compliments and questions about where to find something so awesome!”

“I discovered the brand while visiting the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Amelia Island a couple years ago where I bought pink and white dress that was super adorable. I am a fan of bright colors and bows and such hence their clothing really fits the bill. Since then I picked up golfing and got few more pieces in Savannah. This year we were vacationing in Delray and I came up in this store. To my excitement they had the 70% sale. The staff was very nice here and the store super clean. I bought 4 more pieces here. A dress, a sweater, white and silver jeans and a skirt!!!! Score! I have to say that the quality is quite good as I washed the first few items I got a few years back several times now and the colors do not fade. These are timeless pieces if you vacation. Highly recommend visiting this store)”

It is right next door to 'sister' store Morley - I had a great experience at Morley and when they suggested I visit Coco&Co I thought, "no way this can get better than Morley." Not only was the selection of clothing incredible (very cool girl chic) but the women working there were so accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their selection of jewelry is INSANE! The Spinelli rings are to die for. I can't wait to do all of my holiday shopping at this store!”
