“I reserved a 15 Passenger van for a road trip to Amarillo, Tx with 8 other family members (4 adults 5 kids). I was hoping to get a newer van to accommodate all the needs. Such as a 12” navigational system that allows Apple CarPlay. When I contacted the store, I spoke to Emma; I explained I need the van a day sooner as well. She said, she would do her best. Our expectations were definitely met! Not only did we get the extra day, we got a brand new 2024 E350 15 passenger with the 12” screen. It definitely accommodated 9 of us and all our luggage. The staff at this location is super friendly and reliable. When I returned the van the female manager (forgot her name) on duty checked me in super fast. Definitely recommend this location for all your vehicle rentals.”
“Rented a car from SFB airport on 10/12. 15 minutes into our 2 hour drive, the low tire pressure light came on. We went back to the airport and got another car. Whoever is in charge of the maintenance of the vehicles needs to do a better job. No one wants to deal with rental car issues. The lady at the check in counter and the gentleman directing renters to cars were very professional and nice. No issues with the customer service, just with the maintenance.”

“Before arriving to SFB I did do the check in option online. When It got to picking up my rental it was a quick and easy process. I got the car that I wanted, and all three of the staff members at the desk were very nice and pleasant. They were joking around with each other so it was a very fun atmosphere. They wished me well on my trip and made the whole process enjoyable! The car was in great condition, no complaints and there is a key drop off box but I just dropped it off at the desk and they still had a smile on there face and wished me a safe trip back home!”

“Matthew at the front desk was very helpful and worked diligently to solve an issue for my unique situation. When he got to a point to where usually people tell you “sorry I can’t do anything to help you” he did the opposite and called his District Manager Richard. To which they worked together for an extended period of time until we got my issue and all of my questions resolved. Moreover, they by far have been a saving grace for an unfortunate situation and I am still currently using Hertz services. Thanks guys!”

“Starting the review with saying both Raj and Eric are amazing humans who do try to help. Raj showed me the ropes on how to use the vehicle as I hadn’t driven a fully electric one at this time. They got handed a weird lot and sometimes in retail / customer service industries that can be bigger deal.The car itself, wasn’t my cup of tea -there was a little delay as to which location and just finding charging stations ??♀️Although, the experience was educational and I’d probably never have driven a tesla otherwise.It’s easy to be frustrated, just remember that customer service isn’t for the faint of heart. BE KIND! ☺️?”

Called to verify and got scammers unfortunately who got 357.00 deposit money from me. Thanks to the Hertz associate at counter, was able to contact my bank and report the thieves. Worked with me to get in my rental and continue my trip.”

“I saw a lot of bad reviews , if you’re not gonna read the agreement don’t sign , it was simple and people keep saying they charged me for gas…. Well. You get it on full bring it back on full. I saw people mad about charging 10$ a gallon witch yes is high but remember they are paying some one an hourly rate to tame the time out of there day that the business is paying them to fill in the gas so it evens out . And they have me a Camaro for under 400/ a week with manager special.”
