“I liked that I was able to pick the vehicle. There were 2 that I opened the door to and need deep cleaning on the cloth seat. Went to 1 I ultimately rented and was cleaner than a pin. The car was exceptional and the rental process was too. On the front side I would like to recognize a lady named Regina. She was so friendly and explained everything clearly even taking me out to the lot pointing which lines I could choose from. The checkout lady upon exit of the lot was great too although I wasn't able to remember her name. On the return a wonderful lady was checking me in and was over the top. Her name was Shay. She has a great sense of humor and seemed to be happy with her job, and definitely was a people person. I own my own business and would definitely hire Shay! Alamo definitely has some great employees here!”
“We purchased a 2019 Frontier from these folk this past weeekend and had a wonderful experience. Our sales lady was Brooke and she was wonderful, very pleasant and helpful as well as knowledgeable. The management and finance folks were top shelf and the truck is outstanding. A SURE 5 OUT OF 5!!!”

“This was the best rental car experience ever . The general manager Mike went above and beyond assisting me with a sane day booking . I accidentally booked at the wrong location with a totally different company and he got me into the same type of vehicle as I had booked somewhere else with a better rate. To say I was impressed was an understatement. Malaya was also so pleasant as she assured I was completely satisfied with the vehicle I chose before I drove off the lot. I will definitely book with this specific location anytime I’m visiting the Sanford/Orlando area. I would highly recommend this company and location to anyone looking to book a rental vehicle in this area. 10/10”
“We had some issues with a check oil light coming on. We took it to Enterprise in Key West and they said it was normal in that car but could take it to shop in morning. Took to shop and guy did not check the oil just said it was common. Key West said would swap but no car available. They guaranteed I would not be at fault if it led to damage, so took good faith and drove back. Tried calling number before and after all this. I was nervous on returning and scared just to go have oil checked at any oil place so it was a little nerving. When returning i explained to Nick at the airport. He confirmed the car looked good and that is common on the Jettas. I did not ask for anything but he was so sympathetic and kind he offered to wave my $80 closing fees. I just want to let you know Nick at SFB airport in Orlando really exceeded expectations and has awesome customer service skills. I dont write reviews unless absolutely deserved and employees do more than expected. He did! Thank you.”

“I rented an EV from Palm Coast, and was having serious issues getting it to charge on my way to the Orlando airport. I was at risk of missing my flight and running out of battery. I called this location last minute, and Arya provided such exceptional customer service it re-instilled my hope in this world. “I’m not sure why the reviews are so low, because Rudy is an absolute angel. We went to the Budget location on Shorecrest and were completely dismissed. Afterward, we went to Rudy and explained the situation. Despite being extremely busy on an eventful weekend, he was incredibly empathetic and even switched out our rental for us. I would highly recommend seeing him—he truly made a difficult situation so much easier.”
“Raj Budhai, the Customer Service Manager, is absolutely wonderful! Our old car was having problems that our mechanic couldn't diagnose, and (even though it wasn't HIS problem) Raj worked REALLY HARD to help us fix it! The rental car was excellent, and Raj and his associates couldn't have been more helpful! Very highly Recommended!”
“We had a great experience using Budget Car Rental in Orange City, FL. The staff for picking and drop off was great. The selection of vehicles was really good. We ended up with a brand new Mazda CX 50 which had great space for all our luggage as we traveled up and down the east coat for 23 days. It also had all the bells and whistles.”

“I cringed booking with Hertz at Sanford FL airport because the reviews were subpar at best but they had what I wanted for half price of everyone else so I took a chance. They ended up not having what I reserved but were able to provide a better option that wasn't available to book online. 10/10 would do it again. Very friendly and accommodating staff, even at midnight when my flight was late but they waited.”
