He was so knowledgeable and very helpful through the whole process. He was able to offer great insight on the different phone they had to offer. “Went in to upgrade my wife’s iPhone and Apple Watch. i met with Alfonso, one of the stores sales representatives. He took the time to show me the phone and watch my wife told me she wanted. i returned the following week and Alfonso was taking care of another customer. Tayla greeted us and checked us in. The store manager, Sebastian took great care of the upgrade for us in a timely manner. The store is very clean. The atmosphere is very pleasant. And my wife’s new devices were setup and working before we left the store. This store location exceeded my expectations and will recommend to everyone to go here. Thank you for the best service!”

“I needed to buy a new IPhone and saw it was on sale for a great price!! The Cricket stores near me didn't have it so I went to this location. Immediately walked in with my son and were promptly greeted and assisted by Nancy. She got me the IPhone and help me set up everything. Zarina was there with her assisting us as well and when she saw me coughing so much she offered me and got me some water. The girls did a great job and my phone was set so I could enjoy the rest of my day. It was like early 3 Kings Day! Very happy with my purchase and the amazing service! Thank you girls! ?”

“They made sure I was able to go home with the phone I had been wanting even though they weren’t in stock. They contacted another store (Deltona) and made a “transfer” so I could pay at the store I was already at and just go grab the phone from deltona. Little bit of extra driving but definitely worth it considering I didn’t have to wait for shipping to get my new phone! She was so sweet and accommodating! Very grateful I went to them!”

“My wife went in to the cricket store to get phone's for me and her on monthly payment plan including service. She forgot her wallet so her grandmother offered to use her card untill she got back to the house. At first cool great. While they were at the store the lady said to her after a period of conversation that hey if your looking to upgrade your phone you have a 1400 store credit you qualify for with no upfront cost. So a day or to her grandmother goes back in gets a couple phones and the lady up sells her beats headphones that she told her she would never use. Her grandmother gets home and says that she doesn't see this credit for 2 phones and the headset but instead is charged 400 plus. So instead of my wife and I being able to keep our phone that were in my wife's name we had to return everything because it was charged to her grandmothers credit card. Long story short the first lady didn't explain everything very well but the lady's that had to redo the entire transaction for my wife and I did a superb job. My only gripe is that instead of having to return the phones and purchase new ones. Cricket should have a system to enable their employees to do so. Great recovery cricket.”

“My daughter just returned from South Korea (was abroad two years teaching English in the middle of a pandemic).First Order of business? Get a new phone and add her to the family plan.We went to the store early (9am -as soon as they opened) and the two ladies that greeted and assisted us were a breath of fresh air. Fast knowledgeable and funny. I typically hate going phone stores they are always trying to upwelling etc but even with them sharing about new promos or discounts they didn’t pressure.I’m eligible for an upgrade soon and will be back!Great service ladies!!!
