“I love this Verizon Store 2 ladies in there are Phenomenal because they are 1. Great w Seniors 2. Very Patient 3 provide education They literally removed my husbands phone case and cleaned the whole phone ! We purchased a new phone charger / and cord for our car. They came to our car when hubby said “ not charging “ and easily diagnosed the issue. The issue was hubby not the product. It’s working fine😊 They assisted hubby w concerns of fraud and checked his accounts . They provided education on Fraud. They helped me w setting new password. And w changing billing strategy These may be simple things to u but to us Well - it made our day Thank You Verizon Ladies !! !”

“My wife went in to the cricket store to get phone's for me and her on monthly payment plan including service. She forgot her wallet so her grandmother offered to use her card untill she got back to the house. At first cool great. While they were at the store the lady said to her after a period of conversation that hey if your looking to upgrade your phone you have a 1400 store credit you qualify for with no upfront cost. So a day or to her grandmother goes back in gets a couple phones and the lady up sells her beats headphones that she told her she would never use. Her grandmother gets home and says that she doesn't see this credit for 2 phones and the headset but instead is charged 400 plus. So instead of my wife and I being able to keep our phone that were in my wife's name we had to return everything because it was charged to her grandmothers credit card. Long story short the first lady didn't explain everything very well but the lady's that had to redo the entire transaction for my wife and I did a superb job. My only gripe is that instead of having to return the phones and purchase new ones. Cricket should have a system to enable their employees to do so. Great recovery cricket.”
