“The Vagabond is a no frills great place to stay. The room was comfortable and the pool was clean. Would have scored higher if the hotel had better parking, better coffee, an included breakfast, and more amenities. The shower was excellent and the overall location is prime.”

“Wonderful hotel..loved our stay here..we were there for two nights. Check in and check out was easy. The front desk staff is super nice. The hotel looks really clean and people are always cleaning. We were in a room with two beds and the room was super spacious. All the amenities that you would expect here. Beds were very comfortable and when we got back, beds were always made every day. hot breakfast was really good and the seating area around is nice, multiple toasters , multiple waffle irons which makes it quick. Pastries , scrambled eggs, hash browns etc in hot breakfast. Ice machines in every floor, nice gym area. Plenty of parking. Close to restaurants. “Worse hotel I've ever been in my life. I rather stay at a holiday inn than ever put a feet back in this establishment. The service is JUST SO BAD. They scream at you, housekeeping service does not come to do your room even if you call 4 times. They dont even leave you towels. This is absolutely insane. Never stay here.”

“Food & drinks: Surprised the breakfast had no meats; I am used to sausage or bacon or similar. Otherwise very nice. Love the complimentary lobby coffee 24x7.Noteworthy details: Our room seemed to have an AC outlet or USB port every 3 feet...I've never seen more! Very handy.”

“Horel needs more maintenance. Very clean rooms, but our room 318 was very loud at night, and there was no view. We paid over $ 600 a night. Service at beach and in the bars are very good.”

“Enter Year of the Dragon ~ What a splendiferous place to reunite with local and out-of-state friends to kick off our food festival birthday aquatic theme celebration weekend here! I've always enjoyed every stunning Mandarin Oriental location I've visited in the past. I would expect nothing less of the Lunar New Year prosperity decor and spectacular Miami Biscayne Bay waterfront night skyline views at Mandarin Oriental Miami. We enjoyed Peruvian dinner at La Mar by Gaston Acurio inside the hotel where my event industry friend has done business at this venue. If only we had more time before our next destination of the evening. I would happily return here for relaxing drinks in the sleek lounge or catch a sunset the next time we are in this Magic City.”

“We stayed at TownePlace Suites in Kendall for 14 nights. We were kindly greated by the front staff. The room was nice and it included a good size kitchen. We were on the first floor which was very convenient when traveling with a pet. There is plenty of grass outside for dogs as well. It had a great breakfast spread.Pros:-Close to many great restaurants-Comfortable bed-Plenty of storage-Traffic wasn't bad in that area-Clean and NewCons:-The shower has a very odd design. When you shower water gets EVERYWHERE.-When I reserved the room I was told I would get housekeeping every other day. However, we were there 14 days, and only had housekeeping four times. They will send towels and anything else you need to the room no problem.-The laundry room is small and the washers were a little dirty.-The breakfast area gets pretty crowded, but we ate in our room so that wasn't a huge issue for us.Overall, I recommend this hotel. Next time we are in Miami visiting family, we will definitely here.”

“The hotel staff was very welcoming and professional. Our room had an awesome view from the balcony and was very clean and comfortable. We also ate lunch at the restaurant and the food was very good. The service staff was very nice but had to be flagged down for service. Additionally, we ordered room service and were not happy with our food. We ordered 2 burgers: a well done and medium well burger with Mayo on the side. Even though the ticket showed the correct order both burgers were medium st best and no Mayo with order. We didn’t complain; just too tired to wait for another order so ate the fries threw away the burgers”

“This property is beautiful. Staff is amazing. I had a couple issues upon arrival in my room (loose toilet seat and glass shower wall) and they had someone to come fix it expeditiously. I also was able to attend a lil reception for guests, appetizers and drink of choice by the pool with live music and dancer. The property is secure, have to check in with a guard at the gate so I loved that knowing not just anyone can be on the property.”

“We decided to book a last minute staycation for our anniversary. This place was a pleasant surprise. Service in Miami is hot or miss and everything about the service here was pure luxury. The staff is absolutely exceptional. Every singe one. They make you really feel like you are at home. Its very cosy and warm, like your staying with friends. Not a hotel. We are excited to make this a new annual tradition for our anniversary. Darren went above and beyond for us. We will not forget any of the staff here - but he truly made our anniversary special.”

“OUR BRAND NEW JEEP GLADIATOR GOT STOLEN FROM THERE PARKING LOT!!! Booked a park sleep fly & came back to no car! We are besides ourselves & can’t help but wonder if hotel had something to do with it. At check in they make you fill out a form. Year, make, model, when you arrived & when you will be coming back. Then they make you park in back of building with no surveillance! Open bait for a dirty employee if you ask me. Employee that night didn’t act at all surprised & told me I had to deal with cops. Paid $331 to get our car stolen. Called & spoke to the manager the next morning & asked them what they were going to do & was told I had to go through our insurance. No offer of anything! If you want your car when you come back, DO NOT STAY HERE!Safety: Horrible!!!”

“I love this bar! We are staying at The Ritz for our anniversary weekend and decided to grab a drink here after dinner. This bar has such good vibes, live music, a cozy atmosphere and great drinks. What's better than that!? Hubby got an espresso martini and I got the French 47. It was the most expensive cocktail I've ever had at $36, but so worth it! It tasted amazing! So refreshing and light, I ordered 2 lol. It was anniversary weekend, yolo. Service was friendly and relaxed. So classy and refined. Drinks are more pricey than normal but they are top notch. Hubby said his espresso martini was probably the best he's had in Miami. I loved this spot for a drink. Looks like they have a nice happy hour as well.”

“Since I do not visit Miami very often, I tend to do my research and find the higher rated hotels. Since this city is a major tourist destination, I try not to get anything too fancy if I am going to be out and about all day. But I also prefer something safe with all of the amenities. Therefore, "Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites" fit my budget. Since I planned on staying here for 2 nights from Saturday 3/16/2024 to Monday 3/18/2024, this place hit all the high notes for me. The area is relatively safe and in very close proximity to Miami International Airport; roughly only an 8-12 minute drive depending on traffic and the time of day. If you plan on taking an Uber to/from the airport, that will only run you around $15 USD. Furthermore, the parking lot is quite spacious as I did not witness an abundance of vehicles at any give time. The inside also had a decent area that serves continental breakfast, an indoor pool, a small gym, washer/dryers, and a conference room for meetings. The check-in process was simple as I accumulate points on the Best Western app. After parking my rental car near the front lobby, I proceeded at the front desk, gave them my name and confirmation number, and was handed two room key cards in less than 3 minutes. I decided on the first floor (room 103) as I had two very large carry-on luggage pieces. What I particularly liked was that my rental car and parking stall was directly outside of the window of my room. Once inside the room itself, this too was also quite spacious. Inside you will find a decent sized mini-fridge, desk, and lounge chair. However, in the room I got, there was no closet or safe. The bed that was provided was more on the firm side. However, there were quite a decent amount of charging ports for wireless devices, laptops, etc. as well as a 42" LCD TV. The bathroom offered excellent hot water pressure complete with towels. One other drawback is that even with all the lights on, the room was quite dark. However, I was very satisfied as this area was very quiet as I slept peacefully the two nights I was here. All in all, the "Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites" is an above average hotel that I highly recommend. If you are someone that does not choose to be in the heart of the busy nightlife, noisy crowds, and rowdy spring breakers that you will find at Brickell, Little Havana, Miami Beach, Downtown, and South Beach, this place will do just fine. My rating, an above average four stars.”

“Excellent attention to detail in the room. The only negative was the concierge lounge food - cold. Drink vouchers seemed nice, but the drinks weren't good. Nice gym. The restaurant was wonderful, however. Awesome location - walking distance to restaurants and the water.”

“Wonderful hotel that’s clean and feels welcoming. I travel for business and I stay here when in Miami and the rooms and bathrooms are always clean and the staff is very welcoming. These flowers are from a convention that was held in the hotel and they fit the ambiance of the hotel. “A good place to stay. The hotel is older, but it is still fine. I slept well enough. The room is dark and quiet at night. The beds are comfortable and clean. Lots of bathroom countertop space. Typical Hyatt breakfast, which is good. The location is good, near many restaurants and a grocery store. It is in a nice neighborhood. Free parking. Wifi was below average. It was around 5Mbps, but I could not stream a TV show without interruption. I paid 9500 points per night.”

“I've been staying here for the past 14 years and I've seen many front desk personals come and go but yesterday the worst I've had in my life . The room is paid for by my employer but the refused to check me in without cc as I lost my wallet and had none on my personal thinking and assuming that I might be charging things to the room and not paying for it even though my company pays for an average of 100 rooms every day in this propy . I would love to discuss this further with upper management so please feel free to reach out to me .”

“Rooms are a bit small but still have all the necessities. Staff is super helpful. Location is great. Dolphin Mall is a short walk away and a lot of other amenities are close by.”

“This place is heaven. And the costumer service is off the charts. The Bar is great. The Spa is what really make the whole difference their costumer service is warmth and Alan is definitely the best professional related to knowledge and expert in Skin treatments. If you think about a great place to go in Miami choose this place and book the Spa in advance. Specially Alan, you won’t regret !!! ???Noteworthy details: I appreciate service and Spa. I love East Hotel but they don’t have a Spa. Definitely the Spa is the deal breaker. And of course Alan”

“We landed at Miami airport around 6:15pm, we’re told to call hotel and let them know which shuttle number we were at, after “16”cycles of the answering machine for the hotel finally someone said it would be 1/2 hr before someone could get there, in reality in was almost an hour and we finally finished checking into the hotel a little before 9pm, exhausting at best. We then cruised for a week and we’re staying one more night at this hotel before flying out the next day. We received a text message early in the morning when arriving back to port on the ship stating please be off prior to 9 so the shuttle could pick us up at 09 bus stop waiting area….I have to assume everyone received the same text because after waiting an hour for the shuttle it wound up full and could not take us we would have to wait for the next one at 11am, again exhausting. And finally our shuttle this morning to the airport was leaving at 6 which it did but too bad the driver no hablo English so he did not understand “ united, second level departures door 6” we were left at arrivals and had to navigate our way through the airport again exhausting. In closing I guess you get what you pay for this was one of the cheaper places to stay in Miami and now it makes sense, we will not be staying here again and not recommending others to do so?”

“I've been a customer of this garage for over 30 years. They have the best mechanics around. I've brought no less than 6 different cars over the years, some with problems that would stump other mechanics. I highly recommend them.”

They are first class in customer service..the kindest, most caring folks I have ever met at check in.Melike went out of her way to make our stay perfect, after discovering that Agoda (3rd party) booked a room for us that the hotel does not even offer!! Suggestion after learning the hard way: Don't ever book with Agoda- they are quite deceitful. Book with the hotel directly!Our extra special room was so spacious with beatiful views. I was SHOCKED when I opened the door to this spectacular suite and all of its amenities, including a huge bathroom with tub and walk in shower (separate). The decor was stylish and aesthetically pleasing in all spaces.The room was spotless and so was the hotel, even the elevators:)We were extremely grateful for our complimentary drink coupons at the rooftop bar. It is open, clean restaurant with high tables outside overlooking Miami...really nice spot.Highly recommend; I would never stay anywhere else, mostly due to the service and smiles at the front desk!
