“From the minute you walk in the staff were super friendly especially Billy! We arrived early and they were more than happy to store our luggage and allow us to change and use the pool facilities. The hotel is exactly like the pictures. Would highly recommend for a short or long stay!”

“Marc works at the front desk for this hotel and when we first arrived they didn’t have a room for us but Marc helped solve the situation for us. Marc gave us all the best restaurants, his personal favorites, and certain things we should or should not do. Highly recommend talking to Marc if you have any issues.”

“My husband and I stayed for staycation. The location was great. It’s located in the heart of Brickell, Miami. It is within walking distance from all restaurants and bars. It is also a 7 minute walk to Brickell City Centre.”

“Very, very clean. Well managed and maintained. Nice breakfast. Great free parking. Staff is very courteous and professional. Our room wasn't quite ready at checkin so they upgraded us to a suite at no charge. I highly recommend staying here.”

“Absolutely incredible stay. From beginning to end, Mr. C was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

The location was perfect, the property was beautiful, the room was fantastic, and the entire experience just felt easy and enjoyable. But what really stood out to me was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly helpful, genuinely kind, welcoming, and just wonderful to deal with. There wasn’t a single interaction where I felt like the service missed.

I stayed for several days and ate multiple meals at Bellini, spent time enjoying the property, and honestly loved the entire experience. It’s rare to stay somewhere where you can say there really wasn’t anything you would change, but that’s how I felt here.

“We really liked our 1 bedroom suite. We had a balcony, which was nice. We knew we had a full kitchen going into the trip, but were pleasantly surprised to see it was pretty well stocked with the essentials to be able to cook/eat while there. The valet was seamless. We would call for our car in the room and walk down and most times it was sitting there waiting for us. 24 hour valet too, which was nice for our early mornings and late nights. No complaints, and we would likely stay here again if we decide to come back.”

“Our apartment was excellent for a reasonable price. We were located on St Charles St close to all the action. We were attending aTulane University event and although we didn’t walk there it was a short Uber ride away. There were plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance (Luke’s). The apartment was super clean with a fantastic, large modern kitchen. Our only complaint was the washer/dryer (a combo system) took forever to complete a load. We had never used a combo system before, but two hours or so seems like a lot and then the clothes were still wet. ?”

“Have been using them for over 25 years, always great work, fast service with reasonable prices. Repairs are always done professionally with high standards of care and everything is always explained in detail. Have recommended them to over 12 different friends and family members and I’ve never heard one complaint from any of them. Many are now long term customers too. Finding an honest mechanic is not an easy task in Miami.”

“Due to a an airline flight change, we were scrambling for a place to stay with less than a week to book. (Bolivian Airlines cancelled our original flight we booked and moved us to a flight 2 days earlier with 10 days notice.) The new flight ended up being on a Saturday night instead of a Monday night, and higher prices, so we couldn't just 'move our reservation over'.

Was able to book a room at the Hyatt House on points and really happy we did. Clean, comfortable, spacious suite. Airport Shuttle (which not all Hyatts here have) and walking distance to Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera, and a nice Italian restaurant.

Breakfast is included and was worth getting up for. Monday - Friday they'll do omelets to order (at least that's what the signs say).

Loved the suite - nice office chair and kitchen island work space. A fully stocked kitchen and separate bedroom with TV's in both rooms. We asked for a bathtub when we reserved the room, and our request was fulfilled.

This is the 4th time we've stayed near the airport and this was our best experience (not that the others were bad, this was just the best - value, food, service)- if we find ourselves needing a place to stay a night near the airport in Miami in the future, we'll come back here.”

“Our stay was perfect! Super clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, with shampoo and conditioner, thankful for the shuttle, the driver was great, getting to the shuttle at the Miami Airport was CRAZY! alot of traffic, we had a good driver that new what he was doing, we were also provided with a ride to the cruise port, breakfast was good, basic eggs, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal ect.... Great stay for us, wouldn't stay anywhere else but Hampton (Hilton)”

“My wife and I checked in at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne on the evening of August 24th and were welcomed by Ryan. His positive energy was absolutely incredible—he was exceptionally professional, highly energetic, and genuinely cheerful. We mentioned our Marriott Bonvoy history, and Ryan went completely above and beyond to ensure we felt valued and had a truly memorable stay. It is so refreshing to see a young professional represent the Ritz-Carlton standard so perfectly. To his management team: Ryan is an incredible asset to your front office, and his outstanding hospitality is the reason we will be back!”

“Very posh public spaces with an old-school glamour. The location is prime, of course, and is tucked away off of Collins Ave behind lush foliage. The lobby boasts gold-leafed Egyptian-like colums, in fact there is gold everywhere, and the walls boast some very interesting murals.

The front staff was very nice - excluding the valet/doorman. It is not a club - it is a luxury hotel.

The drinks were very good and should be at those pricepoints, and the pool/tiki area is awesome. Will go back to eat.

“Stayed at The March Hotel Miami Beach for 4 nights and honestly had an amazing experience. The property is clean, elegant, and has a very charming boutique hotel feel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighborhood felt safe, peaceful, and very walkable, making it easy to explore Miami Beach on foot.

The room was spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made resting after long days out much easier. The bathroom was also well designed and stocked properly. I also loved the mini bar selection, nicely stocked with a good variety, which added a premium touch to the stay.

While the hotel does not have a gym or swimming pool, they make up for it by providing bicycles and access to umbrellas and beach lounges on South Beach nearby, which was actually very convenient and thoughtful.

This review would honestly be incomplete without mentioning the amazing staff. The front desk team were always friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mili and Victoria, they went above and beyond during my stay. Whether it was helping me when I had issues accessing my room, recommending the best coffee shops and restaurants around the area, or even giving me travel advice for my next destination, they were absolutely wonderful and made the experience much more memorable.

Overall, this is an amazing property with great hospitality, excellent location, and a stylish boutique atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“4.5 stars really. The room was nice and cold and very clean. The breakfast food was subpar as always for most Hilton properties, and the staff did not answer either of my phone calls for the shuttle. Shuttle was convenient and on time going back to the airport at least. Nice view at the lagoon out the window, or the airport if you are higher up.”

“It's about what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn. Good front desk staff and great cookies, good hot breakfast. Pool was small, and hot tub was closed off. Room was fine, bed was not very comfortable (very firm if that's your thing), pillows were soft, plenty of seating, TV is decent size for room. Shower was great, actually surprising me how modern it was compared to the rest of the room, though towels were scratchy. Digital key never came through in the app, but physical keycards worked fine. Not really any sort of a view given its location and only being six floors. It's no luxury hotel, but you shouldn't expect that either for the price point ($300 for a Monday in January).”

Checked in Monday and was able to get my room at 1000. Isabella at the front desk was great.
Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Work out facilities are top notch.

“My experience was an enjoyable one. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. Planes passing every 3mins is expected being so close to the airport but that can be ignored. My only suggestion is that the hourly airport shuttle have a larger print of its airport logo/name to be read easily without having to be up close. I wont mind staying here again.”

“Today, Consuelo took care of us during breakfast and made the entire experience truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Her charisma and positive attitude created such a pleasant atmosphere, and she was always attentive to every detail and every guest’s needs.

The food was fresh, delicious, and presented in excellent condition, but what really made the experience stand out was Consuelo’s outstanding service and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Employees like her make a huge difference and deserve to be recognized.

“Nice hotel and great location , but there are a few areas that need improvement.

Overall, the Gale Miami Hotel was nice, clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere. However, there are some minor changes that would make the stay much more comfortable for guests.

The bathroom needs more counter space. Adding a small table or shelf would be helpful, especially for guests who have toiletries and personal items. There should also be more hooks for hanging towels and clothing rather than only having the existing towel rack.

A shower curtain is also very important. This would be especially helpful for women who may not be able to take a bath due to their monthly cycle, or for anyone washing their hair who doesn’t want water getting all over the bathroom floor.

Housekeeping was also a little slow. I called to request basic supplies, including towels and facial tissue. I waited about 40 minutes before having to call a second time. The hotel should also consider providing additional toiletries such as shower caps, mouthwash, and makeup wipes.

On the positive side, Casa Gianna provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was attentive and made the dining experience a highlight of the stay. I want to applaud Ioannis and Siri funny, kind, and excellent staff very attentive to your needs.

Overall, the Gale Miami Hotel is a decent, clean hotel with a lot of potential. Addressing these small issues would make the guest experience much better and more convenient.”

“Easy access to the airport and about 25 minutes to the cruise port. Several different eatery options. The M club concierge area had access to the breakfast buffet but other than a week night appetizer option it wasn't as nice as other concierge rooms we've been to. The staff was very nice though. The price was a bit high too.”
