“Checked in for the night after our cruise. Staff was very friendly, even providing a free room upgrade. The pool was nice and the room was well-kept. They additionally held our bags after checkout while we explored Miami the next day while we waited for our flight. Would highly recommend this hotel!”

Marc gave us all the best restaurants, his personal favorites, and certain things we should or should not do. Highly recommend talking to Marc if you have any issues.”

“Have been using them for over 25 years, always great work, fast service with reasonable prices. Repairs are always done professionally with high standards of care and everything is always explained in detail. Have recommended them to over 12 different friends and family members and I’ve never heard one complaint from any of them. Many are now long term customers too. Finding an honest mechanic is not an easy task in Miami.”

“Our apartment was excellent for a reasonable price. We were located on St Charles St close to all the action. We were attending aTulane University event and although we didn’t walk there it was a short Uber ride away. There were plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance (Luke’s). The apartment was super clean with a fantastic, large modern kitchen. Our only complaint was the washer/dryer (a combo system) took forever to complete a load. We had never used a combo system before, but two hours or so seems like a lot and then the clothes were still wet. ?”

“The day was full of delays and cancelled flights. Booked online because it was close and affordable. Ricardo, the driver that picked us up at the airport, confirmed he was the right bus, drove professionally in stupid traffic and had a great radio station on. Edis, the front desk clerk was empathetic to our situation and checked us in super fast (we used the Hilton website, no third party). Room was clean, smelled great and complimentary waters. I know nothing major but my wife drinks a lot of water and this was super helpful. We usually go to a competitor hotel chain but this was a great experience for us.”

“Absolutely incredible stay. From beginning to end, Mr. C was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The location was perfect, the property was beautiful, the room was fantastic, and the entire experience just felt easy and enjoyable. But what really stood out to me was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly helpful, genuinely kind, welcoming, and just wonderful to deal with. There wasn’t a single interaction where I felt like the service missed. I stayed for several days and ate multiple meals at Bellini, spent time enjoying the property, and honestly loved the entire experience. It’s rare to stay somewhere where you can say there really wasn’t anything you would change, but that’s how I felt here. Beautiful hotel, amazing location, incredible service, wonderful people, and an overall 10/10 experience. I would stay here again without hesitation and have already recommended it to others. Absolutely loved my stay!”

“In A Nutshell: -Hyatt House is a great place to stay in Miami. -It is close to the airport, but you never see or hear any airplanes. -I like the location as it feels central to all the places you'd want to visit. -There is a Publix nearby for groceries too. -The free breakfast has all the basics & it's good. -The employees are all very nice. -The room was very big, it was like a small apartment which made it feel homey. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Miami especially if it's not your first time.”

“We booked a beautiful room for the day with a washer/dryer so we could do our laundry after getting off a week-long cruise early in the morning with a flight out later that night. We discovered the dryer did not work after washing a large load of clothes. The hotel staff was amazing and ended up taking all of our laundry and washing AND folding it for us so we could get to the airport on time. It's a great location with plenty of places to walk like CVS and restaurants. We didn't hit the pool, but it looked really nice, too.”

“Very posh public spaces with an old-school glamour. The location is prime, of course, and is tucked away off of Collins Ave behind lush foliage. The lobby boasts gold-leafed Egyptian-like colums, in fact there is gold everywhere, and the walls boast some very interesting murals. The front staff was very nice - excluding the valet/doorman. It is not a club - it is a luxury hotel. The drinks were very good and should be at those pricepoints, and the pool/tiki area is awesome. Will go back to eat. Food and drinks: Excellent cocktails!”

“Stayed at The March Hotel Miami Beach for 4 nights and honestly had an amazing experience. The property is clean, elegant, and has a very charming boutique hotel feel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighborhood felt safe, peaceful, and very walkable, making it easy to explore Miami Beach on foot. The room was spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made resting after long days out much easier. The bathroom was also well designed and stocked properly. I also loved the mini bar selection, nicely stocked with a good variety, which added a premium touch to the stay. While the hotel does not have a gym or swimming pool, they make up for it by providing bicycles and access to umbrellas and beach lounges on South Beach nearby, which was actually very convenient and thoughtful. This review would honestly be incomplete without mentioning the amazing staff. The front desk team were always friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mili and Victoria, they went above and beyond during my stay. Whether it was helping me when I had issues accessing my room, recommending the best coffee shops and restaurants around the area, or even giving me travel advice for my next destination, they were absolutely wonderful and made the experience much more memorable. Overall, this is an amazing property with great hospitality, excellent location, and a stylish boutique atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“We were only here a few nights but we absolutely loved this place. We got a standard Kimg but the bed was comfy, the room had enough space, the shower was awesome (nice tile), snd bathroom was spacious. When we checked in the girl at the front was extremely nice, made sure we had all information, got some goodies (wine and cookies) and she was friendly. She actually had a conversation and not just sending us on our way. We were there for a work intensive and had bsck to bsck 13 hour days, so we ordered UberEats 2 nights. Even the way the front desk made sure we knew our food was there and watched over it to make sure nothing happened while I walked down (we take the stairs). The second time we ordered the restaurant didnt give us utensils but the front desk had some for us and didnt mind going to get them. That time 2 girls were down there and they were both very sweet. We even chatted about where I got my order from and they gave me recommendations of other places around too. The pricing was a bonus too. EXTREMELY reasonably priced. We will definitely try to stay here again next year.”

The breakfast food was subpar as always for most Hilton properties, and the staff did not answer either of my phone calls for the shuttle. Shuttle was convenient and on time going back to the airport at least. Nice view at the lagoon out the window, or the airport if you are higher up.”

Took train from miami airport for $2.25 and walked to hotel. Came back to hotel for a midday swim. Enjoyed oranges at the pool!”

“We had an excellent experience at this hotel! We stayed for seven days in a suite with two queen beds and really enjoyed our time here. The suite was spacious and had everything we needed to cook, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. The property feels new, clean, and well maintained, with a nice family-friendly atmosphere. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including complimentary coffee and fruit, convenient on-site parking, washers and dryers, a gym, and a swimming pool. They also have a small shop with vending machines, cereal, candy, snacks, and other convenient items. The hotel lets guests know that housekeeping service is provided for stays longer than seven days, but it can also be requested earlier if needed. The location is another big plus. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area, very close to London Square Mall, Zoo Miami, Publix, Walmart, Wawa, and plenty of other stores and restaurants. We felt very comfortable during our entire stay and had a great experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in the Kendall area.”

“Nice hotel and great location , but there are a few areas that need improvement. Overall, the Gale Miami Hotel was nice, clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere. However, there are some minor changes that would make the stay much more comfortable for guests. The bathroom needs more counter space. Adding a small table or shelf would be helpful, especially for guests who have toiletries and personal items. There should also be more hooks for hanging towels and clothing rather than only having the existing towel rack. A shower curtain is also very important. This would be especially helpful for women who may not be able to take a bath due to their monthly cycle, or for anyone washing their hair who doesn’t want water getting all over the bathroom floor. Housekeeping was also a little slow. I called to request basic supplies, including towels and facial tissue. I waited about 40 minutes before having to call a second time. The hotel should also consider providing additional toiletries such as shower caps, mouthwash, and makeup wipes. On the positive side, Casa Gianna provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was attentive and made the dining experience a highlight of the stay. I want to applaud Ioannis and Siri funny, kind, and excellent staff very attentive to your needs. Overall, the Gale Miami Hotel is a decent, clean hotel with a lot of potential. Addressing these small issues would make the guest experience much better and more convenient.”

“We booked this hotel the night before leaving for a cruise the following morning. The staff were extremely helpful. They provided us with a complimentary toothbrush which we forgot and delivered to our room. The printer in the lobby was out of service so the receptionist at the front desk printed out our luggage tags for us. The hotel had a great Miami vibe and our room was clean and spacious. The food served at the pool deck was delicious. The breakfast which was included with our room was fresh and probably one of the best breakfast buffets we have had at a hotel. After leaving, we discovered that our daughter had forgotten to grab her favorite stuffed animal from her bed. I emailed the hotel from the cruise and they had found it and was setting it aside until our return. After arriving back from our cruise, we stopped by the hotel and the loss prevention manager returned the animal to our daughter saving our trip. We had several hours until our flight left, so the hotel offered to hold our bags for a couple hours while we explored the city. We had read mixed reviews prior to our stay, but most seemed positive so we took a chance and booked. I am glad we did because I don’t believe another hotel in the area could have provided the level of service that they did. We were extremely pleased and would definitely book again.”
