“We've been shipping with Shiplily for the last 3 years and it was a little bumpy at the beginning when we were assigned to a previous person, but then since last year Amanda Callahan has been supporting our account a lot, and since then, service has been great and it continues to improve. Fast communication, prompt responses and clear information and all thanks to Amanda.”

“I have worked with Rachel Blatt for 4 years transporting units to an auction. The units were mainly non runners and at repo lots. The staff was amazing with keeping in touch and getting the units on time. I came to count on Royalty Logistics to get my most difficult units. Rachel has always been honest and very professional. Thank you all for the hours you have worked getting units for me.”

“Drive around to the back of the building. Wait your turn to pull up & park. Go get the size box you want or the pallet and the form to fill. Pack your items. Go to them for the tape and the plastic wrap. Be sure that the box keeps it's shape. Stand in the line to go to rep to have them check/pick up your box. Then go to the cashier/customer service rep back outside where you stood. Pay the fee, CARD Payment only. That's it. Leave in the same general area that you came. Be warned! The sun will bear down on you. Use a hat and sleeve protectors. Get a bottle of water.”
