“I bought a salvage Tesla from this dealer knowing it was “as-is” with no warranty. Shortly after delivery, the left camera started intermittently failing while driving, which disabled FSD. I reached out fully expecting to be on my own.
Instead, he responded immediately, spoke with his Tesla mechanic, diagnosed it as a known camera issue, and shipped me a replacement camera — plug-and-play — at no charge. He sent tracking promptly and followed through exactly as promised.
Then, when I mentioned that my right mirror wasn’t folding, he checked with his mechanic again and proactively ordered a replacement mirror to be shipped directly to my house.
