“After weeks of tirelessly searching for an affordable, low mileage, clean-titled SUV I finally came across a fully loaded Lincoln MKC Reserve listed by H&Y Automobile Inc. Having never purchased a vehicle from a family-owned car lot I was initially hesitant about checking it out, but it was priced so fairly I knew I had to. When I arrived at the dealership the owner, Hector, greeted me with a smile. He was a consummate professional, allowing me to check out the Lincoln as well as two other vehicles. Hector gave me the rundown on each vehicles history, was fully transparent about each cars title status, and let me hop inside each car to check out the features as he kindly explained to me the pros and cons of each car.

I loved the Lincoln, but decided to go check out a few other cars before making my decision. After checking out 6-7 cars at various dealerships around Miami that day, I knew that the Lincoln at H&Y Automobile Inc. was the right choice for various reasons:

1) They price their cars fairly.
I honestly feel like I robbed them! The Lincoln I purchased was priced $5-6k lower than the ones I viewed at other dealership — and some of those had higher miles &/or title issues!
2) Hector is honest, professional, & knowledgeable
He wasn’t pushy like a typical car salesman. He answered every question I had and offered advice when I asked for it.
3) They go ABOVE & BEYOND!
Hector allowed me to have the car inspected by my personal mechanic before I went through with the purchase. My mechanic missed our initial appointment, so Hector brought the car across town for me so it could be inspected not once but TWICE!
4) The purchase process is quick & painless.
When I went in to purchase the car the entire process took less than 35 minutes. I was moving around the same time so I didn’t know where to have my plates sent — but Hector kindly resolved the issue by allowing me to have the plates sent to his dealership. When they arrived he came outside with that same friendly smile and put them on for me.
5) The car runs perfectly.
I noticed many of the reviews posted for this company were right after the customer purchased their car. I’m writing this review after owning the car for 3+ weeks. I’m happy to report that the car is running perfectly. I’ve heard horror stories about people purchasing cars from smaller dealerships and the cars breaking down a week or two later. You won’t have that problem with H&Y. The car runs even better than I imagined, & it game with a fresh oil change and brand new tires so I don’t have to worry about any routine maintenance for a few months!

All in all my experience with this company is 10 out of 10. I highly recommended them, will be referring all my friends to them, and they’ll be my first stop when I’m in the market for my next vehicles.

“I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Connections Motors less than two years ago, and unfortunately it has been one of the most frustrating vehicle purchases I’ve ever made.

From the beginning, the vehicle had multiple issues. The battery had been disconnected, the A/C didn’t work properly, and the car has continued to develop expensive electrical problems that have left me unable to drive it.

What disappointed me even more was the customer service I received when I recently called to ask a simple question: whether they had a spare key or any records related to my vehicle.
