Took him about 20-30 minutes. Come prepared to wait, there are truckers at this TA truck stop that are having there radios done as well. So it's first come, first served.”

“I live in Brandon, FL and visited the store located 2028 Badlands Drive. The two customer service reps were vary courteous, I was interested in purchasing a tablet for my son and myself, they were so helpful explaining all the tablets available for purchase, they answered all my questions with a smile, while one of the reps connected my tablets, the other rep helped another customer that came in with her phone locked and tablet and was passing through a difficult situation, the rep assisted her until her devices were unlocked and the customer left happy. They go above and beyond to help there customers and I left the store happy with my two new tablets, I would recommend this store if you are in the Brandon FL area.”

Excellent service! I have visited for over 7 years the seffner store and they were very helpful friendly.last year December I went to the seffner store and asked for help with my phone. There was new people's there and a guy who was there alone was very unfriendly so I went down to the Brandon location and there was Everyone super helpful and friendly.on 4-28-25 I had problem again with my old Motorola and Priscilla again was very friendly and helpful at the Brandon location and helping me get the Best deal on a new Motorola. Priscilla and the other young lady were very helpful so they saved me from after 10+ years with Cricket to switch to Verizon..”

“Gabby has surely changed the reputation of this store. Several times in the past 5 years I have went here to change to Metro however the rudeness and atmosphere of the employees turned me around And I went elsewhere. My friend told me she changed to Metro and how helpful and nice this girl Gabby was. I decided to give it one more chance glad I did. Gabby helped me to get a phone for my husband who was not in the best of moods and just was wonderful. She set up the phone smiled the whole time got us set up and out of there quickly. How I appreciated her skills on that very very stressful day when we left we were not bickering anymore we was laughing at how immature we were acting in public and how professional Gabby was. “Pizza was fresh and the Hispanic fellow in there has the BEST personality and was really cool. I ordered a supreme and a big gulp, but I'm used to most places that just give me the pizza and I pour my own drink. I poured my own without realizing he had one ready, and let me have it for free anyway. The other location near here is terrible. The workers make excuses to not work (like the oven is broken) and are not pleasant people. This location is much better”
“Very uneventful black Friday but i came to document the journey. Nobody punched anybody for a box of sox, it was very organized, super clean. Everybody just chilling n looking for gifts! Hopefully it is the same calm for the late afternoon shoppers.”

“I recently visited this 7-Eleven location and had a pretty solid experience overall. The store was clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed quick and convenient. The shelves were fully stocked with a good variety of snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials. I especially appreciated the fresh coffee station—it was well maintained and had multiple options available.
The staff was friendly and efficient during checkout, even though it was a bit busy at the time. One thing that stood out was how fast the line moved, which made the visit even better. The only minor downside was that one of the drink machines was temporarily out of order, but it didn’t impact my visit too much.
Overall, this 7-Eleven is a reliable stop whether you need a quick snack, a drink, or something on the go. I’d definitely come back again.”
