“This store bites butt and has rats in the boiled peanut maker. The employees shamed me for putting the rats in there. In my defense, it was long overdue. The gas also leaks. I filled my whole Styrofoam cooler with gas from this crud wagon, and it leaked out by the time it was ready to start my epic 4th of July Pyro show. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms stunk.”

“Aaron’s on Adamo in Tampa is clutch when you’re in a pinch and don’t have access to a truck. The delivery service makes everything easy and stress-free.
But the real reason for this review is Armando. The guy is strong as an ox, friendly, professional, and super helpful. He delivered and installed my washer today and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Great attitude, great energy, and handled everything like a pro.
If you go to this location, ask for Armando. He’s the real deal and made this a 5-star experience.”

“We are brand new to TMobile & my husband and I were looking to establish an account and transfer our numbers over. We went to the store at 1916 W Brandon Blvd & we were cordially greeted by Mobile Expert Andres Caicedo. I have worked in customer service quite a bit and have been a customer my whole life. Andres was exceptional. There were obstacles with login issues & delays with the systems speed and a few hiccups but he handeled it all with the highest level of professionalism & patience. He didnt compain or dig or put anyone down. Not once. He was organized and had a very efficient workflow. I had to come back the next day to finish my Phones update and I was glad to do it since working with Andres was a terrific experience! He remembered the info i told him and I didnt have to repeat it because he wrote things down. He LISTENED to our needs & offered us things that were a good fit for our needs and the price. He didnt just shove an upsale down our throats. He helped reassure me that I wouldnt loose my important phone content & it gave me great peace of mind. Excellent sales, soft skills, communication (written & verbal), attention to detail & highly KNOWLEDGEABLE (SME - subject matter expert). He needs a raise & a promotion! My only regret was that I didn’t gotten a survey for him yet! People like him make a difference and have what it takes to be great! I celebrate and honor him today! “First class operation. They installed a lift on my GMC Sierra 1500 truck and helped customize it. When one minor issue popped up with the lift 6 months later, they took ownership of it and fixed it at no charge even though it was a lot of work for them. Excellent service! I have visited for over 7 years the seffner store and they were very helpful friendly.last year December I went to the seffner store and asked for help with my phone. There was new people's there and a guy who was there alone was very unfriendly so I went down to the Brandon location and there was Everyone super helpful and friendly.on 4-28-25 I had problem again with my old Motorola and Priscilla again was very friendly and helpful at the Brandon location and helping me get the Best deal on a new Motorola. Priscilla and the other young lady were very helpful so they saved me from after 10+ years with Cricket to switch to Verizon..”

“Gabby has surely changed the reputation of this store. Several times in the past 5 years I have went here to change to Metro however the rudeness and atmosphere of the employees turned me around And I went elsewhere. My friend told me she changed to Metro and how helpful and nice this girl Gabby was. I decided to give it one more chance glad I did. Gabby helped me to get a phone for my husband who was not in the best of moods and just was wonderful. She set up the phone smiled the whole time got us set up and out of there quickly. How I appreciated her skills on that very very stressful day when we left we were not bickering anymore we was laughing at how immature we were acting in public and how professional Gabby was. “Had the BEST experience at this TMobile store today! I had accidentally downloaded something onto my cell phone and wasn't sure how to remove it. I went into the store to inquire and the TMobile Representative, DANIEL, welcomed me.
I explained my dilemma and he took charge of the situation at hand and immediately figured it out and deleted it from my cellphone.
He was very professional and took the time to explain what had happened and he quickly remedied the situation by deleting the download.
He was so kind and polite and represented TMobile in such a fine, outstanding manner!!! It was yet another great reason we have TMobile for SO many years!

“Only thing I noticed was that for being 330-400 in the afternoon and I had taken a late lunch (I generally don't work in that area of town )I was craving my daily dose of pepperoni ? from 7-11 since this on was the closest in that particular area I stopped in ! stomach growling , and eating itself ! Damn no pizza honestly I don't think that they even make it there ,besides that the staff was friendly and nice !very busy store ! Hopefully in the future they might have some pie to eat (pizza pie )!”

“I recently visited this 7-Eleven location and had a pretty solid experience overall. The store was clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed quick and convenient. The shelves were fully stocked with a good variety of snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials. I especially appreciated the fresh coffee station—it was well maintained and had multiple options available.
The staff was friendly and efficient during checkout, even though it was a bit busy at the time. One thing that stood out was how fast the line moved, which made the visit even better. The only minor downside was that one of the drink machines was temporarily out of order, but it didn’t impact my visit too much.
Overall, this 7-Eleven is a reliable stop whether you need a quick snack, a drink, or something on the go. I’d definitely come back again.”
