Was absolutely the most polite person and clearly explained the process. Then I get a call that my phone is ready and I immediately think. Wow under promise and over deliver still does exist. Since then I've been back twice to get another screen protector because it was damaged due to it being my fault, and both times I had no issues with them replacing it per warranty. They are honest and stand behind their word.”
