He provided excellent customer service, fixed my issue, assisted his new hire with training and assisted other customers all without losing focus. He deserves recognition. “Jill was absolutely wonderful! She immediately set up my wireless account and told me about the discounts I can get to keep my bill low. Very sweet and helpful, absolutely love her! She helped to keep my toddler calm when she started getting upset that she had to be still and close to us instead of running around. Adrianna was also very sweet and gave my daughter some cookies while I was helping to get the account set up. Overall amazing! I’m very happy coming to AT&T!”
