“Gabriel was a phenomenal help on Sunday morning. He was able to get my dad and myself set up with new phones as ours were ready for an upgrade. My dad is older and was nervous about the phone changing in any way. Gabriel made sure that the phone was exactly the same and even put on his screen protector for him. Two new phones with all information transferred and set up and we were out the door in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend.”

He provided excellent customer service, fixed my issue, assisted his new hire with training and assisted other customers all without losing focus. He deserves recognition. “I would avoid going to this AT&T store. They try to talk you into a higher priced plan. I was signed up for a plan I didn't want. I had to go back 3 times to get it straightened out. When I finally got what I wanted. The employee submitted my payment twice. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get one of the charges for my payment reimbursed to my bank account. Huge waste of time and a pain to go through.”
