The young man working there came right to me, I told him my problem and he helped me within two minutes. They were helpful and fast and polite. Excellent service! I have visited for over 7 years the seffner store and they were very helpful friendly.last year December I went to the seffner store and asked for help with my phone. There was new people's there and a guy who was there alone was very unfriendly so I went down to the Brandon location and there was Everyone super helpful and friendly.on 4-28-25 I had problem again with my old Motorola and Priscilla again was very friendly and helpful at the Brandon location and helping me get the Best deal on a new Motorola. Priscilla and the other young lady were very helpful so they saved me from after 10+ years with Cricket to switch to Verizon..”

“My first time there about a year and half ago I got a phone case and a screen protector with a life time warranty. Since then I've been back twice to get another screen protector because it was damaged due to it being my fault, and both times I had no issues with them replacing it per warranty. They are honest and stand behind their word.”

“I've had two experiences at this store and both were excellent. First time in I saw Sergio who I feel went above and beyond with his customer service. He helped my wife and I upgrade our phones. He helped me save by letting me know I qualified for a discount as I'm a health care provider. The money I saved I was able to add insurance for my whole family and still saved money. That's A+ service.
Second time I came in I saw Nathi and she was just as helpful. She helped me to get a plan for my daughter for the summer as she is traveling to Europe. They both I feel went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend this store location for your AT&T needs.
