The selection is huge and the prices are very fair. Plants of parking.
Of special note is that one of the employees, Jeremy went above and beyond to help my wife find the right shoes. Will definitely return when my wife needs more shoes.”

There were BOGOs and a large clearance selection. Many staff members were readily available to assist with awesome, bilingual customer service. “I had an outstanding experience this past weekend, and I specifically want to recognize Madison for the incredible service she provided.
I had previously ordered a pair of shoes that unfortunately didn’t hold up, even after giving them another try. When I came into the store, I was already outside of the return window, but Madison didn’t treat it like a problem. She took the time to listen, understood the situation, and worked to find a solution instead of just pointing to policy.
Her professionalism stood out immediately. She was patient, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping, not rushing the interaction or making it feel transactional. That kind of service is rare.
Because of her effort, my replacement shoes were shipped out, and I received them today without any issues. That follow-through meant a lot.

“I visited Rack Room Shoes at Brandon mall this weekend. I am mostly blind, hard of hearing and experience sensory overload often when vising the mall. I needed new walking shoes and was overwhelmed by my first stop at Dillard's. I was greeted by Reeya when I entered Rack Room. I told her what I needed, that I couldn't see well and would need extra help. I was so pleased with my shopping experience! Reeya directed me to a seat, listened, brought me selections based on my needs and told me prices so I could make an informed choice. She was professional, courteous, had a lovely sense of humor and all my anxiety melted away. I'm very happy Reeya was the one who assisted me and accommodated my disability with respect and a genuine desire to assure my visit was successful and positive. Because of Reeya, Rack Room will be my new go to place for shoes.”

“I had been looking for a variety of footwear (exercise sneakers, casual slip on shoes, etc). I went to Kohls and JCPenny and the shopping experience at Shoe Station was much better. It is easy and convenient to walk up and down the aisles and see all the footwear, very accessible to try on the footwear (lots of seating and mirrors to view trying shoes on). Great assortment of footwear in general and unexpected sales. Loved it. Will definitely go there first next time I am looking for shoes or sneakers.”

“honestly this place is just the best. i went in looking for a decent pair of boots and the guy working helped me for like 20 minutes without making me feel rushed. prices are fair too, not trying to rip you off like some places. i ended up buying a belt and a hat i didnt even plan on getting because everything just looks good. the whole store has that old school feel without being dusty or weird. ill definitely be going back next time im in town.”
