He was very personable and informative, he did my battery test and even install my battery. I appreciated his wisdom as well and to allow me to watch him to learn how to take out and put a battery. They truly go out of their way to get you back on the road, but they go so much further than that. They made my experience with them one I’ll always hope to get anywhere else I go, although I’m not certain I’ll find such a wonderful group of people than I found here. Richie, and Richie jr, worked on my truck and it is better than before, Allen one of the managers was extremely helpful, the other one was just as helpful but I don’t remember his name. We were on our monthly trip from Tampa to Vero Beach and our AC stopped cooling. We pulled in and my husband thought we might need refrigerant but had a hard time locating the low pressure service port. Though it was busy Joshua came out with us when he could and was extremely thorough in looking for the port but it wasn’t easy to find. After Joshua went back in the store Charlie came out to see if he could help. The port was located and we were able to add refrigerant. Joshua and Charlie went above and beyond and we’re so grateful for them. The heat was horrible today and would have made for a terrible trip. Those guys left a nice and cold store to help us out. Please stop in this store and purchase from them. We need to support these type of folks! Thank you Joshua and Charlie!!!”

“Corner passenger side terribly damaged in an accident. As soon as insurance gave go ahead to get it repaired, tow truck came that day and delivered to the shop. Estimate was fast and repairs started immediately once approved. Fast and easy process. Repairs were done over a week before estimated. Car looks brand new like nothing ever happened! Great work!”
“Recently, my grandma backed her car into a cable box. It put a small scuff on her bumper and pushed a lower recessed light in about a quarter inch. She took the car to the dealer and they told her they would have to replace the entire bumper and light and also warned her that there could be electrical issues from water getting in the light (light housing was not cracked, only pushed in a bit) if she didn’t get it fixed and gave her an estimate of well over $2k. After I looked at her car, I assured her if she wasn’t worried about the cosmetic scuff, there was no reason to fix anything but we would get a second opinion. A friend of hers recommended Arrington’s so off we went. We dealt with Nathan and let me start by saying he could not have been more kind and honest. He completely confirmed what I had told my grandma but still wrote up two different quotes in case she wanted to fix a portion or all of the damage. The quote to repair everything to look like new again was around $800, much less than the dealer. My grandma decided she could live with the scuff but I encouraged her that if she changed her mind or ever needed repairs in the future, she should definitely take her car to Arrington’s. I highly recommend them, especially for the kindness and honesty he showed my grandma.”

I was moving from Washington state and needed a shop I could ship both cars to for a complete Vintage Air A/C system installation. Todd handled eveything from A-Z and the cars turned out fantastic. These are both complete restorations and the install was super clean. I was impressed by the excellent communication and the quality of the install. I've spent my 45 year career in aftermarket automotive so I know quality when I see it. The prices were very reasonable and eveything that was promised was delivered. “I had an outstanding experience with Javier, the manager at Advance Auto Parts. He went above and beyond to help me find the right battery for my car.
I originally asked if I could borrow some tools to install it myself, but Javier gladly stepped in and installed the battery for me. It was raining outside, and he still helped me without hesitation, like a true professional.
While working on the battery, he also noticed that the battery connectors were cracked from corrosion. Thankfully, he caught the problem and helped replace and install those as well.
Javier is one of those rare people who still believes in giving 100% customer service. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done correctly. I would absolutely return to this location just because of him. Javier was amazing!”
