“Great customer service!I am originally from the west coast. The dog food my pack was on isn't available here but Dundee Hardware can get it for me. It is the only place nearby that can. They now keep it on hand for me so I don't have to order it monthly.The staff is friendly and personable, too. They went out of their way to make me happy. I recommend them to anyone.”

“Called around needing a nail trim for my 8-month-old puppy, and Pup Hut was the only place willing to fit her in, same day. Unfortunately, my babygirl proceeded to snap at the groomer, so I had to hold her through the service. The groomer was very gracious; she obviously loves dogs and even she even made recommendations on getting my pup socialized. Pup Hut's price for a simple nail trim can't be beat. We will be back!”

“I purchase pallets of feed from here twice a month. They usually have what I need, all the time. Maybe a day or two wait for their feed truck but with the volume I use, that’s totally understandable

My last run I got a flat tire on my trailer after loading 2 pallets and Esteban went above and beyond to help me change it out.

“Absolutely the best people!!! I brought my senior dog in who was very over stimulated… and I rarely taker her out in the heat during the time of the clinic, 1-2:30 my poor girl is 15 years old. I suffer from anxiety attacks and when she ?while waiting in line I was so embarrassed ? The staff was very very kind!!! The woman checking me in was so so kind!!! The process was quick and painless and very affordable. Once I paid my dog threw up ???????????? I mean how much more embarrassing can it get!!? It was not a reaction to anything She is fine now just old hot and over stimulated like me she doesn’t like leaving home much!! Anyways she’s sleeping like a baby now… I want to say thank you to the staff for being so good with animals and kind to humans because me and my dog had anxiety and they treated us like gold!!!! ????????”

“I go there at least twice a week. Love them. The only thing that bothers me is, if I can't get there on Sunday when the truck comes then there's never any cat food. I understand the people that feed the feral cats started going there and they buy up all the cat food . Personally I don't think it's fair to the loyal customers that come all the time. Just my opinion. Otherwise this place is absolutely a perfect gem.”

“I have to say that the staff at this location is always a pleasure to deal with! I almost always have interaction, via telephone or in-store, with Jason, who seems genuinely happy to help.
This particular evening, I arrived to pick up my curbside order and was serviced immediately. It was actually the very end of the night and the store was, literally, a minute or so away from locking the doors, yet, everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant!
In addition, it just happened to be the night of the Staff's Christmas Party, so they had to finish their closing duties and change clothes or freshen up, before heading to the party. That's when I got an impressive glimpse of the teamwork in place, as everyone pitched in, rotating positions to relieve each other and complete all closing duties, while allowing others to get ready for the party! The Manager, herself, even INSISTED on loading multiple 40-pound bags of pelletized horse bedding into my trunk, even though she was already dressed to attend the party! Thank you to Cori, Bri, and Megan who, pleasantly, assisted me that night!”

This store have everything that you can imagine, especially for animal services and farm life, etc.. the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful but the best person I dealt with is the manager Joseph. He went back and beyond to help me. I was surprisingly amazed by his services because he went beyond my expectation. I always shopped at this store and will continue to do so, I highly recommend store #514.”
