“Absolutely Outstanding Service at Storage King USA! I cannot say enough great things about Storage King USA, especially Debbie! She was more than great she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond simply because they truly care about their customers. Debbie made me feel valued, respected, and taken care of every step of the way. Her customer service was exceptional, and she is truly an asset to Storage King USA. “Ordered a trailer rental for pickup to help my daughter move. Everything went smooth with one exception when returning with the trailer the parking lot is very small and not conducive to trailer parking. As someone that pulls a trailer regularly I navigated it with minimal effort but as a place that rents trailers to anyone with a drivers license a circle drive would benefit them tremendously. Otherwise we had a great experience staff was friendly professional helpful and prompt.”
