“Thought i was having issues getting my mail delivered after moving. I put in a request on the USPS website- almost immediately received a call from my local post office from Karen. She explained how the process works, made sure I understood, and provided service that you just don’t get anymore. Thank you & shout out Karen!!!”
“Never thought I would miss a post office when I move but I do about this one. Always kept clean, friendly staffs and convenient with the electronic machine that seldom breaks down. Oftentimes they open earlier just so people don’t have to wait up, really caring.”

“My package had accidentally gotten delivered to the wrong place and I went up to the post office to see what they could do and within not even 2 hours my package was delivered to my house !! The staff went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough :) Wonderful service and workers !!”

“Everyone in there is really nice and will go out of there way if/when needed. Its a smaller almost maw/paw type feeling location. I rarely had wait more than a minute or too but usually get right in. Wait maybe i shouldn't leave a good review and keep it a secret! Thank you to all the staff in there for working hard while still being pleasent and helpful. Never had one issue shipping out of that office. After it levaea there can be another story though lol. Good poeple”

“Just had to come write a review on the top notch service I received. Normally the post office can be a place I dread going to, but my guy Victor really made it so smooth! I was trying to drop off some textbooks I was reselling, but ran into issues with my packaging label and boxes. Victor helped me choose the right box and even spent
time helping me unpackage all my textbooks and repack them into the correct box. He taped it with care and made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger. What a guy! Great service.”

“I had an issue with a delivery person, that misdirected my Package on Saturday 04/26.
On Monday 04/28, I went in to the Post Office on locating the Package. I’m Sorry I didn’t get Names. But the Customer Service Rep, and the Manager both went out of their way to assist me. And I received my package Today.

Me and my husband are moving half way across the country and we had so much trouble figuring out how to ship our mattress without it costing a fortune. We are so glad we came when Jose was working that day. His positive attitude and willingness to help us, really helped reduce our stress with our situation. We’ve managed to resolve several issues together, and I’ve never had a single problem sending packages from this location. The guys here really do their best to be supportive. Highly recommend!”

“This particular post office is a little hard to find as it is in a small building on a side street just off of West Colonial Drive in the Pine Hills section of Orlando, Florida.The parking lot is not large by any means, but again, this is small post office.Ultimately, this post office served its purpose and I was able to get some mail out.Overall, I will give it four stars”
“I came here on two separate occasions due to my fault. I input the wrong address. On day one 8/7 Jorge was able to retrieve my package for next day pickup. On 8/8 Carlos was able to pin point my second package and escalate it up the proper channels. Chris verified and went out of his way to ensure I got the package. He personally handed my package. Helpful staff and efficient post office. Always clean as well!”

“Do not visit this USPS if you want to send mail or drop off a package, as they will not accept it. This is a small post office, and does not have the full retail store. You can only pick up packages, so do not visit this USPS. Instead, visit the other USPS located down the road.”
“When I read the reviews I lost hope in finding my package. But WOW I was very happily mistaken. This annex has always answered the phone, been extremely helpful and professional. The have gone above an beyond MORE THAN ONCE to help. I'm truly impressed.”

“I know most of the reviews here are from people who had a bad experience and were upset - and I am sure things happen, but I have been very very happy with the service I have received here over the past 4 years. I have gone to other post offices and it has been awful. This one, the associates have always been patient knowledgeable and helpful, service has been prompt, and it is SUCH a blessing to have low cost mail options available - fed ex and UPS prices are INSANE right now and I have had multiple poor experiences with both, fed ex especially. So yes, problems do happen with mail and it’s a big system. Overall however this is my favorite post office to go to, they really are working to do their best and I have had very good experiences here .”
