Only issue is the ATM machine is too loud when doing selections and having to choose language! this is America our national language is ENGLISH!!! If they dont understand then take lessons.”

“I've never walked through the doors of this bank and very seldom do I walk into a lobby of any bank being most of my personal transactions I do online or at a walk up ATM - with the invention of the smart phone I don't see a reason to interact with a bank in person, I can make deposits with my phone and if there ever comes a day this phone starts dispensing cash I doubt I'd ever pull into their parking lots again. There are a few reasons I like this bank and it has little to do with this particular location - "Wells Fargo Bank ATM's dispenses large bills" it's ridiculous that most banks don't, I mean who wants to pack around a thousand bucks in twenty dollar notes. I know my bank must hate these guys since they have to reimburse me for any ATM fees WFB charges me, it's seem like that would be enough justification to follow their lead - until that time comes I will continue to push "yes I want to continue the transaction" no matter what the fee is...”

“I’m not a huge fan of BOA but I have stuck with them. Takes forever to have access to my own money, can’t ever get a simple thing handled on the phone, etc. However this Edgewater branch is by far the best in my opinion. Always friendly and available fairly quickly. I’ve dealt with Karen and her team many times and they are the best in Volusia and Flagler county. If I do have to go in which most times is the case I always go to this branch if it’s possible.”
