“Took my car after reading reviews and taking my car to the dealership who wanted to charge me twice the cost of repairs. VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. I feel like I’ve found my garage. Thanks for your professional service.”

“I just met DB Collision for the first time and I’m beyond impressed. The shop is operating on another level compared to other body shops and its operations, people, and processes are what all businesses should try to emulate. They have undoubtedly set themselves apart from any competitors that I’ve ever interacted with in multiple states and anyone that truly cares about their vehicle should understand that this shop should be your first stop and I would bet would be your last stop. I’m not a rich person and I’ve been on my own since age 23, but I really think that any money spent with them will be a great investment in my vehicle. I haven’t had them do any work on my vehicle yet, but I feel obligated to inform other consumers about my positive experience meeting them and touring their facilities. I have no problem writing bad reviews for businesses that earn that negativity, but in this case I feel they deserve to be recognized for being awesome.Christian is extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and it’s obvious he enjoys what he does and who he works with and who he works for. Emma was great to talk to initially, very friendly, and clearly one of the reasons that they operate so efficiently and effectively. I even got to say hello to the owner Drew who seems like a great business owner and I would bet he takes as good of care of his team as any vehicle they work on. In a world where many businesses make most interactions transactional, this business made my first visit an experience and I’m grateful to have met them and hopeful they will want to make my vehicle look amazing for a fair price.DB Collision is pretty far from where I live, but I really feel that it already seems well worth driving past the other 100+ body shops closer to me. I felt This Company Offered Excellent Service , and Quick Response! The Office Staff, and Procedure was very transparent and straightforward! They stepped up to make this semi-minor repair ((but needed to be done to keep the car like new)) was handled in a Professional Manner, and I will be Giving Them an ALL 5 Star Review... “It’s never fun to visit a body shop, but these guys turned it into a really positive experience. They gave me a fair quote and honest assessment of all my damages. They communicated at every step including via text! They truly know what they are doing. I have an older car which they made it look like it was practically new. I was blown away by the quality of their amazing work and attention to detail. Christian in particular is such a kind soul and so knowledgeable on assessing damage! He remembered to even look at little things I mentioned in passing, that had nothing with the accident like tightening bolts or screws, and fixed a dangling temperature sensor that came loose over the years; things you’d expect of the wear/tear of an older car.I can’t recomend these guys enough - Don’t think twice about going here!”
“Do not take your car anywhere else!!! I took my Accord to Precision for a very straightforward repair. The team had to remove the drivers side rear fender which had previously been repaired. Heidi, the owner called me to let me know that the work on that side was not done correctly. I panicked and thought I would have to call a lawyer but Heidi called and encouraged the other shop to pay to fix their mistake. It took a little longer to finish but I am so grateful to Heidi and her team. Heidi didn't have to go the extra mile, for me, but she did and I am forever grateful!!!!!!!”
