“Took my car after reading reviews and taking my car to the dealership who wanted to charge me twice the cost of repairs. VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. “Great service and repair on my vehicle after a car accident. They will call Enterprise for you and have them come pick you up for the rental. Once your vehicle is ready for pick up, you can leave the rental with them and someone from Enterprise will come pick it up. It was very effortless system with great customer service from both Ace and Enterprise. Definitely recommend.”

“I’m incredibly grateful for the people that work here. I fell victim to a predatory body shop that was charging egregious prices for their work. I’m talking, trying to charge $600 for taking photos of damages and uploading them to Google drive and $800 for an estimate fee. When those people tried to take advantage of me, I yanked my car out of there and had it transferred here. Heidi, Amanda, and their techs saved my car. The damages to the vehicle were from front bumper to back bumper, with major damage to fender and with their work, no one would ever know I was in an accident. They work with insurance adjusters, not against them which made it a painless process. They also work with Holler Honda for tires and alignment. My car truly feels brand new again thanks to this shop.”
“My passenger side mirror was broken and they showed me on their computer where I can buy the replacement mirror for $95.00. Once I received the mirror, Willie's installed it and charged me $25.00!! The same mirror was hit and had to be replaced several years ago and the dealership charged me $1,000. to replace it and install it! Willie's is the place to go if you want honesty, kindness and excellent work done!!”

“I had my car fixed originally at a Caliber Collision in Austin, TX in July 2025 and could no longer go back to do the warranty at the original shop.
Since I have Geico, they allow you to do warranty work anywhere. I worked with Destiny at this location on getting my Honda Accord through a warranty claim and she was able to work with Geico and get this fixed for me at no cost. I attached pictures of the before and after of the missing lower engine cover.”

“Finally, a honest mechanic that does a good job and looks out for the best interest of your car! Unlike other mechanics, Nigel recommeded only things I needed done and did not try to upsale any services or overcharge for parts/materials. I had a lot of questions about my car and both Nigel and Angel was patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Very knowledgable guys. I felt like I was in good hands. They replaced my front brake rotors and all the brake pads. Nigel even went above and beyond and rotated my tires and checked my battery even though I didn't mention it. Good thing he did because I needed that tire rotation and my battery showed I needed to replace it soon. I will definitely be back for all my car needs/services from now on. They know what they are doing here and they actually care.”
