“Not only do the technicians at Millenia Auto Body do excellent work, they care about the job they do and the people they are doing it for. We were rear-ended in our Mercedes 250 GLA here in Orlando two days before having to return to the northeast for extended medical treatments for my husband. Millenia Auto Body picked our car up, ascertained the damage and coordinated with us and our insurance company superbly. Since we were away from Orlando for the whole process and immersed in serious medical issues, David and Jose told us not to worry and that they would deal with the insurance company and parts suppliers and make sure that we got the best parts to ensure that our car would be as good as new. They updated us during the whole process and we did not have to deal with any problems long distance. They delivered the car to us the day we got back to Orlando and it was beautiful! “Ada and her team were great from start to finish. I had them install some body mods like bumper kit, side skirts and trunk spoiler. Their pricing was reasonable, their communication was great from start to finish and the final product came out great. There was one small issue with one of the side skirts after installation, but they were more than happy to fix the problem. Overall, Im satisfied with their work and would recommend them!”
“I’m incredibly grateful for the people that work here. I fell victim to a predatory body shop that was charging egregious prices for their work. I’m talking, trying to charge $600 for taking photos of damages and uploading them to Google drive and $800 for an estimate fee. When those people tried to take advantage of me, I yanked my car out of there and had it transferred here. Heidi, Amanda, and their techs saved my car. The damages to the vehicle were from front bumper to back bumper, with major damage to fender and with their work, no one would ever know I was in an accident. They work with insurance adjusters, not against them which made it a painless process. They also work with Holler Honda for tires and alignment. My car truly feels brand new again thanks to this shop.”
