“I’ve been shopping at Dollar Tree for years and it never disappoints! The store is always well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with a wide variety of products — from household essentials and snacks to party supplies and seasonal items. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s amazing how much you can get for such a low price. It’s the perfect place to find what you need without breaking the bank. Definitely one of my favorite stores!”

“It's a great place with Wonderful things inside. But the staff manager is not so great.
On multiple occasions, they have given additude and even offered to call the police just because I asked the Manager to help me retrieve an item on the top shelf.
Not every employee is bad and the store is always fully stocked. But the decisions and actions of one person ruins a reputation.”

I found stuff I've never seen in the store by my place in Lakeland. Only gave 4 star because of staff??♀️ I don't think they know staring at people because they look different is RUDE. “Decent enough Family Dollar on Hoffner Avenue. The selection is what you would expect from a Family Dollar and, like all of these dollar store places, there are some good values and some items wouldn't be worth it if they were free. The staff was friendly and it was an overall positive experience.”

“Its hella big and they're pretty well stocked. Came in looking for some pegboards and a closet rack but didnt find it as they didnt have any. However did find some stuff that I dont see at my local Dollar Tree”

“This was a nice dollar tree store. We were able to find the skin care products we are looking for fairly quickly. They’re open from 8 to 10 PM and have a large selection. Things seem to be orderly in the shelves and there wasn’t very many things on the floor making it easy to get around.”

“For those who are wanting to know why the employees at the registers.are always stocking and not there to wait on you. I have an answer. It is there system. And , one that needs to be enhanced. Instead of two employees stocking one a manager and one an associate. 1 manager, 1main register associate and one additional associate to stock and run register when not stocking to assist during busy times and front and replenish/recover as needed. Smoother and more efficient”
“I’ve been coming to this store for years, and it’s great to see strong, respectful management like Frances and Lurdes back in place. Their dedication and effort to keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming has always stood out to me.
Recently, there was a temporary “manager” who, unfortunately, did not treat the employees with respect—I even witnessed her speaking very rudely to an employee in front of others, which was disappointing to see.
I’m genuinely glad to see that she’s no longer there and that the original management team has returned. It makes a big difference in the store’s atmosphere. Thank you, Frances and Lurdes, for your leadership and commitment!”
“The store is pretty clean and most of the staff are nice and friendly. I noticed the Rug Doctor there and inquired about renting it on Saturday, before Easter. When I went back to get it, the manager couldn't find the key. She looked for it for a few minutes, said she couldn't find it, apologized and went to the other worker to ring her items up that she was purchasing. She didn't seem to care much about the situation”
“Loved going to this store because Raul the manager and his staff are always nice, professional, and helpful. Stopped in there with the wife today after not going for a few weeks and honestly I couldn't not believe how much it was changed!! This has to be the cleanest, most organized and well stocked dollar tree in Central Florida!! Couldn't be happier knowing it's right up the street from me. Raul, Candy and the the rest of the staff are 10/10!!”

The new setup is a lot nicer, a lot more organized and they have a bigger variety.
Overall i was quite surprised at how nice it looked compared to the previous setup. Staff are kind as well.”
