“I’ve been looking forward to the opportunity to share my experience. I have never had a more enjoyable rental experience with National, or any other rental car company, than I had with Cheryl at National's Ft. Walton location. We came in and rented a car at the counter, and Cheryl helped accommodate our family at the last minute with such a joyful and friendly spirit. She made the entire experience easy, welcoming, and genuinely memorable. Thank you Cheryl, you are one in a million!”

“Excellent customer service. Nathalie at the front desk was especially kind and patient, and helped find the best deal for extending my rental. I also witnessed her help another customer exchange a car that was having issues. Nathalie was extremely professional and helpful.”

“You'll have the best experience with Enterprise, hands down best car rental company. In Destin, we were given a free upgrade from nissan rogue SUV class to Santa Fe newest SUV with 7 seater. And the SUV was new, still had that toxic smell. Definitely would stick with Enterprise. No shenanigans to try to get us to upgrade and pay more. I paid online on Expedia and price was good.”

“I was impressed with the Hertz Team at the Destin AirPort! I rented the new gas powered Chevy Blazer and I was impressed with the technology, the gas mileage, the power, and the cargo space! The return was super easy! The Hertz Team did a superb job!”

“People are usually quick to rate their bad experiences. I had a flawless one @ Destin FL Airport. Super smooth and quick, no problems. Will rent again if the price stays right.”

“I had a great experience with Budget Car Rental at Fort Walton Beach Airport. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire rental process. Picking up the vehicle was quick and easy, and the car was clean, comfortable, and ready to go. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth, with no unnecessary delays or complications. The convenient airport location made the entire experience even better. Overall, Budget provided excellent customer service and a hassle-free rental experience. I would definitely rent from them again!”
