About Dollar Car Rental
Dollar Car Rental - Destin - Fort Walton Beach Airport offers affordable and flexible car rental options for travelers. Customers can save up to 15% off the base rate by pre-paying for their rental car. The company's Prestige Collection provides premium rentals at reasonable prices, perfect for business trips, family vacations, or weekend getaways.
Reviewers have had excellent experiences with Dollar Car Rental. The rental process, both online and in-person, has been described as easy and efficient. Rental desk agents have been praised for their helpful and fast service, and customers have even received fantastic upgrades.
However, some customers have encountered issues with electric vehicles. One reviewer was charged an unexpected $168 for power to charge the car, as the rental location did not have adequate charging infrastructure. The reviewer felt this was an unreasonable charge, given the lack of information provided by Dollar.
Overall, Dollar Car Rental has received positive feedback, with customers highlighting the great customer service, competitive pricing, and smooth rental and return processes. The company's willingness to address any issues, such as the refund for a baby seat charge, has also been appreciated by customers.

People are usually quick to rate their bad experiences. I had a flawless one @ Destin FL Airport. Super smooth and quick, no problems. Will rent again if the price stays right.
