“To start off with, my first experience with Mattress firm was not good at all. I came into the store after having an awful experience at a well known furniture store; I spoke to a salesman named, Afnary. I was completely open about the nightmare I had been through... I wanted to be sure he undertsood my situation.I had purchased a mattress set from City... and it the wrong mattress was delivered (mind you, I had to take a half day off work). They admitted that they'd messed up and requested me to come back in. to choose a new bed as the one I'd chosen had been discontinued. I chose another mattress. I took another day off work to receive this, and to my disappointment, I did not receive the correct mattress once again.All of this horrifying situation was clearly explained to Afnary before we ebven began searching for the perfect mattress for me (finally). After a couple of hours, I decided to purchase a floor model as it was soft. I clearly stated I wanted THAT EXACT floor model. In addition to ordering the mattress, Afnary offered to throw in two pilllows.Sadly, I took another half-day from work and ONCE AGAIN, THE WRONG MATTRESS AND NO PILLOWS! To say I was sickened is putting it mildly. When I called Afnary, he was useless and basically told me too bad.I went to the store adamant that I get good service once and for all! I spoke with Jonathan who just so happened to have been in the store the day I was chatting with Afanry. He remembered me and my situation. Long story short, Jonathan sold me the best mattress, threw in the two pillows I had not received from Afnary, and a bunky board!I have lost a lot of sleep, a lot of money, but I am happy to say that Mattress Firm pulled through and Jonathan is the best. Afnary should not be a salesman - horrible customer support and simply no follow through. Thank you, Jonathan!”

The chair was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but FedEx decided that it could be delivered on Monday. Mr. Omar called FedEx and went and picked up my gift from FedEx on Friday.
