“After shopping around for a few weeks, I ended up going with this Mattress Firm store. Not only because of their price, but also because of the great customer service. I initially walked in a few weeks prior to my purchase, mainly "window shopping". I was greeted by Karina. Although I made it clear I was just looking, she was very eager to help. Very nice, professional, friendly and informed on the package I was looking for! I walked in about a month later and she immediately remembered who I was. I told her I was still interested in the same and was ready to buy. Not only did she have me out of the store in 20 minutes, but have me an even better deal that the original! Customer service sometimes seems to be a dying art. Karina, and Alex who I briefly met, but saw the way he attended to his customer while I was there, were definitely the exception! Great experience overall and I'd highly recommend this store. Thank you so much and best of luck!”

“Ordered the Arielle bed with storage and nightstands. Only one of my nightstands arrived on delivery day and I had a difficult time contacting anyone that was able to fix this issue. I eventually got Elizabeth on the line which was a god send. She knew exactly how to tackle the issue and always followed up promptly when promised. Her professionalism salvaged what would’ve been a disappointing experience with this company. Now my 2nd nightstand is scheduled for delivery, and thus far I am extremely satisfied with my Arielle bed and nightstand I’ve received.”

I hope to find a little something or a big everything that will spark some joy in me and will "force" me to take it home with me. And that is what I did the last time I went. Please, please, please...I can't stress this enough. Before you shop for furniture at any of those big furniture stores with all of the cheap cookie cutter compressed wood items, stop by Nadaeu and see what you can buy for the same price. But at a quality far and above the other places with a touch of originality. You will not regret it.”
