“This store is clean, organized and well maintained. The sales associates and store manager are kind upon initial entry, personable and ensure each guest end their shopping experience on a positive one. Though I was in store for an interview, Michelle was prepared, thoughtful in conversation and took time to explain the details of the position and shared some of her own experiences through retail. She seems nurturing to her team which reflects in their positive and cheerful attitudes. The entire process was a breath of fresh air. Even if I am not offered a part time position I’d bypass other Bealls just to shop here on a regular and tell my friends and family to patronize. Hats off to the entire team!”

“I love GAP brand and I'm not happy about its decline in recent years. As far as I can tell there no comparable brand that I could switch to except for Banana Republic which is in the same family anyway. The styles are ageless, appealing to both younger and older customers. Hang on GAP!”

The staff here was very friendly and even gave us a measuring tape so we could take my friend's new measurements and find the right size. Once we had sizes down, a staff member helped me pick out clothes to take to the dressing room, where my friend tried everything on. “I had an exceptional experience at the Lacoste Outlet in Ellenton thanks to Alfredo Lopez. He truly went above and beyond to help me find two exact outfits in my size that had previously been ordered and not picked up.
Instead of just telling me they were unavailable, Alfredo personally called multiple stores that had the items, confirmed they weren’t on hold, and arranged to have them shipped to me. That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days.
He was professional, proactive, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Because of Alfredo, I will absolutely be shopping at this location again. Highly recommend this store — and be sure to ask for Alfredo!”

They seemed to have some good deals but their jeans were only buy one get on half off which wasn’t a great promo in my mind (for an outlet). The staff were nice but the change room attendant wasn’t very good (she was already putting her key in the doors before knocking to see if it was occupied).”

“Since the outlets in the Fort Myers area are both closed now, I drove all the way up to Ellenton to shop for my favorite bra (I couldn't order online since I`m from Germany).I went there on January 12th.Both ladies who worked that day were extremely helpful and friendly.Even though they only had one bra in my size and style available, they made me feel really good about shopping there.They offered calling me, when the model would be back in stock.Great service!Will come back next time when I'm on vacation again.”
