“I want to give a personal shout out to Cailin. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and was very helpful during my visit today (8/15). I came to find out while we were checking out that she stayed 30 minutes after her shift was over to help me and my husband find new running shoes! The other two workers that were there were helpful too. Cailin went above and beyond and want to say thank you!”

“Definitely worth checking out. We had gone in initially to look for some hiking shoes for my husband. They had a lot of clothing on sale, but unfortunately not the size that we were looking for in shoes, but we were able to pick up a long sleeve please shirt on clearance for under $10 !!!”

“Went to the New Balance Outlet twice in the past two weeks, once on Black Friday so it busier than normal. All of the staff I had interactions with were helpful and friendly. Ron was especially attentive placing special orders and directing me to specific styles that had extra support for supination.”

“Helpful Staff like always. The sales associate Mario went above and beyond helping my wife and I look for her size not available on the racks. He left his front door post to the search the back and looked for her size until he found the last one. My wife was super happy. Thanks Mario.”

“Went to buy Asics here last week. Hoping for a bargain, and got it. What I didnt expect was great service. Outlet stores are notorious for just scraping by on service. I was met by Aerielle. Very helpful , kind and compassionate lady. She had my feet get a fitting from their scanning machine which scans length, width & type of foot structure which tells her what shoes to recommend to her customers. She was very caring , asking what I was looking for, and usage of shoes, and my budget. She went above & beyond average customer service. Took gr8 care of me! Very compassionate person. Recommend asking for Aerielle if you go here. I will be back for sure.”

“Trevor was great. Got new skates after many years. He was very friendly and helpful. He profiled my skates after talking to me about experience and what to expect. Then he made adjustments to the profile with no additional charge. Truly an excellent experience. Thank you.”

“Guy employee with the hat was super nice and helpful. I always have trouble figuring out deals and discounts so I kept asking questions and he had patience and was overall a great help. Thank you!”
