“The Owner Everett is very nice and Jake is super chill and nice. He is always looking to help people. I've seen them multiple times and I am skeptical of the bad reviews. Its good to consider that people do try their best despite some mistakes but those happen at anyplace, good thing they can be fixed.”

“I have a PMB with this location and I couldn't be more pleased with everyone who works there... Akash and all his people has made every trip to that store a pleasant experience and no matter how busy they all get, I'm greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome... I have been taught how to save money by increasing the amount of packages I am allowed and it's often... I moved further from this location but the experience is worth the drive... Thank you all”

“The USPS Manasota Processing Center operates with a self-service system, but I received excellent support from the staff. Debbie and another team member were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. They guided me through the shipping steps, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident using the kiosk. Even though it’s a mostly automated process, the human support made all the difference. Everything was fast, efficient, and well-organized. I’m very happy with the experience and highly recommend this USPS location!”

“We have used the UPS store for the past 15 years. It is essential to have one location for all your mail and packages when you live a mobile lifestyle. This store in Palmetto is our 3rd store we've used. This and the others have made sending mail all over easy and safe. We have lived in boats and RVs and had UPS ship our mail to Mexico, Hawaii and all over the US. If you consider your mail contains personal info, credit cards, tax documents and family letters, you realize how important sending mail to you can be. The UPS stores have done this without any problems at all. Not one in 15 years. They always seem to have excellent staff, as well. I definitely can recommend using the UPS stores. This store has a staff that is knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. Roslyn always knows my name when I call. That is the best. Thank you for all you've done!!”
