Catina was so personable and made the process of getting a new iPhone very quick easy! I really enjoyed getting to chit chat with her while everything was getting transferred to my new phone. Had a fabulous experience!

On a work trip to Florida and lost my phone . Walked right into Englewood AT&T store and got awesome knowledgeable help from Catina and her colleague.
