“After a bad experience with Penske rental in town we were desperate for a truck in one day with no notice.No one in Venice had any.We called U-Haul and talked with Jeanine. She had a 15 foot truck available. We raced down to make sure we got it.Jeanine is just wonderful. Friendly and very helpful. “I just have to say that I will never use any other truck rental company again. I rented a 16 ft truck And a car dolly for a move to Kentucky. I didn’t take the damage waiver insurance out because I thought my car insurance would cover damages but, I found out later that it didn’t. I called a few other places to see if I could get a better deal but, I was not successful. I called Penske and they offered me a lower rate because it had changed since my initial reservation and the total came out lower with the limited damage waiver insurance included! A week before I was due to pick up my truck, I received a call asking if I minded upgrading my truck to a 26ft truck at no extra cost to me. I of course accepted. When I picked up my truck I noticed that they had upgraded the car dolly to a carrier, also at no extra cost to me! The upgraded truck was a diesel and the extra room made packing the truck so much easier. I have used other truck rental companies in the past but, I will never use another. Thank you Penske! You made a very difficult out of state move so much easier! No hidden fees or extras. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. You have a big fan in me!”
