“Rented a 16 footer, Jackie reached out via text the night before saying they only had a 26 or 12. If I chose the 26, she would honor the rate given on the 16. Went with the 12 after seeing both in person because I didn’t have an insane amount of things to move. Price was lowered to the price of the 12. I was in and out quickly, Jackie was helpful, another man checked the oil and the truck as I was out there walking about to look at it. Easy process, easy rental.”

“The gentlemen who helped us (who I assumed to be the owner) was very friendly and to business. The check-in was uncomplicated as I had previously completed the online process prior to us arriving. Pricing seemed reasonable for our one-way trip. We were in and out and on our way, which was very needful per our tight schedule. The 15' truck was not surprisingly a stripped down unit which made little difference to it's loading and traveling well! No mishaps to report but that the engine seemed to have a few rough running moments. Not sure what that was about but the gas mileage was not below expectation and it traveled through the mountains without any troubles. Overall my brother and I were very pleased with our rental experience. Thank you!”
