“We have rented many times from Avis on Tamiami Trail in Estero, Florida and each time we have had the privilege of working with Gayle. We cannot say enough good things about Gayle. She has made the pickup process a breeze, has worked to accommodate any concerns that we had even though it may require an upgrade. We appreciate her friendly attitude and professionalism. We always try to make sure she is working on the day we need to pick up a rental because that is how much she has left an impression with us.”
“This place is the best rental I have ever dealt with. They are kind courteous and go out of their way to help people get what they need. My husband had a reservation with another company enterprise and when he went to pick up his vehicle it “wasn’t there” he was told they tried to call several times but no one answered….. Humm right number but no logged incoming calls from them. in a panic I visited this budget and the kindest woman took care of all my needs. I rented at this location 3 times before and was always greeted by her smiling face. I have rented several times around the area and this by far is the BEST place to get your vehicle. Whatever you do, don’t got to hertz across the way they are a nightmare”

“Update: within one day they were Amir to get me in the luxury car I had reserved. Customer service is fast and friendly. Sophia is the best.
Not sure why they accepted my reservation for a luxury car. When I showed up 20 minutes after making the reservation, there were no luxury cars. I guess they just use the ol' bait and switch to get people in the door, then give them whatever they happen to have on the lot. I'm very disappointed in the process and lack of follow up.”
