“Yesterday, I had the best experience with the Go Rentals Team in Naples, FL. They were so kind at the car hand off. They made it feel easy and gentle, and I went through the same motions as I do with any other rental agency; yet they made it so smooth and seamless. The car was perfect, smelled good and they had a cold bottle of water waiting in the car.
What blew me away was the hand written note in the car on the dash from Matthew, Mary, Jonathan and Alejandro. That was such a classy touch.
Returning the car was super easy also, I just handed keys and they said they would send me a receipt.
It makes me want to use this agency again for sure.”

“This is my go to rental car place, I have used them exclusively for government buisness for years and also my personal family trips. This is a rare experience of family type atmosphere, they all are warm and welcoming and remember you. The staff all are legitimately trying to make you happy and satisfied. Every single employee I have encountered here has been superb. The cars have always been clean and nice, and the one bad car I got was quickly remedied on the spot with a beautiful upgrade for my trouble. I cannot recommend this rental center highly enough, they are 5 stars.”

“The price was right but it seems not everybody fills the tank, just barely enough to make the gauge show full! When topping it off I put in more gas than what I used, but it seems it doesn’t matter what agency you rent from ! The car was a 4 banger but it got us there and it was clean (except for the water spots on the side mirrors!)”
