“This is my go to rental car place, I have used them exclusively for government buisness for years and also my personal family trips. This is a rare experience of family type atmosphere, they all are warm and welcoming and remember you. The staff all are legitimately trying to make you happy and satisfied. Every single employee I have encountered here has been superb. The cars have always been clean and nice, and the one bad car I got was quickly remedied on the spot with a beautiful upgrade for my trouble. I cannot recommend this rental center highly enough, they are 5 stars.”

When topping it off I put in more gas than what I used, but it seems it doesn’t matter what agency you rent from ! The car was a 4 banger but it got us there and it was clean (except for the water spots on the side mirrors!)”

“I have rented from the Hertz Local Edition at Naples Airport many times, with rentals ranging from a few days to as long as two weeks. Every vehicle I have received has been extremely clean, fully fueled, and ready to go.
I always assumed receiving a rental with a full tank was standard until I recently had to use a competitor because of the location I was in and was given a vehicle with only half a tank. That experience made me appreciate this Hertz location even more.
The customer service here is consistently excellent. Manager Irbelee runs a tight ship, and the level of service from the entire team clearly reflects that. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, professional, and helpful.
Whenever possible, I will continue renting from Hertz—specifically this location. Highly recommended!”
