“Yesterday, I had the best experience with the Go Rentals Team in Naples, FL. They were so kind at the car hand off. They made it feel easy and gentle, and I went through the same motions as I do with any other rental agency; yet they made it so smooth and seamless. The car was perfect, smelled good and they had a cold bottle of water waiting in the car.
What blew me away was the hand written note in the car on the dash from Matthew, Mary, Jonathan and Alejandro. That was such a classy touch.
Returning the car was super easy also, I just handed keys and they said they would send me a receipt.

When topping it off I put in more gas than what I used, but it seems it doesn’t matter what agency you rent from ! The car was a 4 banger but it got us there and it was clean (except for the water spots on the side mirrors!)”
