At no point did we feel like we were being pushed or sold to, and it was clear she had our best interest at heart. “I visited the Miramar store and was greeted by Audi who was very helpful. I’ve been wanting to get a 14kt stud for my nose but have been reluctant because I was worried I would not be able to get the current one out of my nose and also worried that I would have issues putting the new one in. She offered to do it for me and she did an awesome job. I will definitely return to this store to purchase more earrings and most likely a new nose stud. It’s very refreshing to go somewhere these days and have great customer service, which I did with Audi.”

I had such an incredible experience at Brighton – Coconut Point that I had to share it. A few years ago, I had a very disappointing visit and honestly swore I'd never go back.
