“Both employees I've interacted with here are great. On one occasion I had a package slip left in my mailbox at home (it required a signature, but this wasn't clear to me at the time), so I came in to see if I could just pick the package up. The mail truck wasn't back yet, but she told me to come back in about an hour and hopefully the truck would be back. I did, she remembered me, and went searching for my package. She found it for me and told me how I can handle it in the future. On another occasion I was mailing a package internationally, and the man who helped me was great. He helped correct a better way to declare the contents for customs. The USPS prices are crazy, but that's not specific to this location so I can't complain.”

“This is review of the Ft. Myers/Estero location. This is a very clean well-stocked store: great selection of charging cords & ear buds, cards, & anything related to mail. The manager was very thoughtful & attentive. The store has super peaceful vibe - even a nice music was playing. If you are looking to ship or print anything anywhere near Coconut Point or close to FGCU area, it's the best choice hands down. In this store your stress level goes down as you are getting your needs met.”

“If you try a sample of their Orange juice may never buy from store again. Really great tasting. They have all different items, souvenirs and fresh juices, marmalades, AND custard. Vanilla, Chocolate, of course Orange. Service is friendly, no real ambiance as it is a store.”

“Gwenda Murph was so kind and helpful with our passport renewal process. Went early on a Saturday and only had to wait for one other family. In and out in under and hour. Both ladies working were pleasant and super helpful.”

“I gave them a five star because they are trying to fix an on going problem. Mail delivered to wrong street, medication returned to sender and in general very poor postal workers. I am on blood thinners and kidney medication,so this is a life changing necessity. I must receive my meds. My husband's meds come from the VA via mail and a man four doors away brings it up on many occasions. Not accepting lame excuses anymore. . They are trying but it's the mail carrier that's causing my problems. If they can't do their job, fire them.”

“I’ve been using this post office since the hurricane and they’ve been nothing but nice and every package has made it to where it was supposed to go. They also just added the ability to scan your packages, which is awesome ? Thank you”

“Went to USPS to mail a package to South America. International mail requires the sender to fill out a Custom's form. The postal employee on duty , Lisa , was very helpful in assisting me in the process of completing all my forms and sending my package to the recipient. Lisa was all smiles , very courteous and professional in the performance of her duties. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Lisa for your assistance.”

“Big post office, very clean, helpful staff, etc. I would come back here! I didn't see a self service kiosk machine, but the lady working the front desk helped me with what I needed.”

“This location, though not a retail facility, has the best, most helpful and, friendly employees to help the customer!People need to have a Better understanding of how the USPS make decisions.I read some reviews about packages that were not delivered by the carrier and instead a orange slip was left in mail box that states that the package was not deliverable for whatever the reason, even though the customer was home and outside he says that they didn't even try to deliver it! LolWell that's because the decision to not attempt a delivery was made at the office and there for the package was not on truck.I've leaned that it's usually the customer's own fault they're not receiving their mail. The POSTAL SERVICE is the best at getting the delivery where it should be and they are the cheapest place to ship or mail anything anywhere in the world. They can't hold the person's hand to make sure the proper procedure is followed to make sure you have a successful experience, but they will do their best to help it happen, especially now that they are modernized in the technology.ALL AMERICANS SHOULD BE GRATEFUL TO HAVE A FEDERAL SERVICE THAT HAS AND WILL ALWAYS do THE BEST FOR THE COUSTOMER, with no financial help by taxing fellow Americans. The USPS is America's first and only real service to everyone for no charge to your state or Federal taxes.???????????????”
